What a disappointing experience with Bryan. He was less than friendly and acted as though he was doing us a favor if we bought a stovetop and downdraft from him. He was not forthright with information regarding the installation or warranty on the floor model until we asked specific questions...then he begrudgingly gave us short, snarky answers. We'll never do business there . Too bad for him, we spent $7000 down the road with a salesperson who really cared.

Everyone was pleasant to greet me to greet me, Is from Marlene at the front counter to Kelly Allison and Justin all collaborating to assist me in my purchase ! Even the manager Leah was glad that I was a customer of theirs felt very homey and gave me much inspiration for my new home!

What a disappointment! The website is a good shopping experience, I managed to update all the light fixtures in my house and renovate a bathroom by getting all my products from build.com . I’m now into my 2nd bathroom Reno, I needed a different “look” and not sure what valve/diverter will work with IPS connections so I thought since I don’t need a “full showroom experience “ , somebody can help me even if I don’t have an appointment . Not this place , I don’t know if I don’t have the “look” of a serious buyer because the guy at the back refused to have eye contact even just to say “ have you been helped?” and the lady at the front was in her cellphone with her headphone on ( there is no other more powerful body language that conveys your indifference to your customer than this ). I was so out of place that I actually asked her “ can I buy or order from this place “ because nobody really seems to care to have my business. I was so excited to visit this showroom in Hunt Valley MD and what a disappointment.Date of visit : June 10,2021 at 2:30 pm.

Store had great selection of faucets, shoes and sinks. Nice man-made counter displays. Kitchen displays nice, nothing spectacular. Lots of lighting options as well. Enjoyed our visit.

TERRIBLE customer service. Unbelievable how unhelpful they have been once they had our money.We made an appointment to order everything for a new bathroom, but after 45 minutes were told that our appointment was over and we had to come back. That should have been a red flag, but we did return and picked out everything. The cabinets were back ordered, which I know was not their fault, but it took over a week for them to let us know. Then, we could not reach our rep, who apparently was the only one who could help. Really? Nobody else knows how to use a computer? It can’t be that hard to determine a delivery date.We finally received the last of the order, but 1 countertop was defective. They refused to deal with it and want us to deal with the manufacturer.This is why brick & mortar stores are going away. Why should I pay more for customer service if I don’t get any.Phone calls were not returned. Hours spent on hold over the duration of this project. Phone transfers back and forth to others who could not (would not?) help or to voice mails that were never answered, were disconnected, or to people who no longer worked there. Phones are “defective.” Voice mails that are “not working right.”We should have just ordered on the internet and saved money for the same frustration.I wish I was a writer and could write a farce about this.
