I was actually shocked how smooth and stress free buying our second home was with Wes- compared to my first home buying experience with a someone else… there was such a huge difference! Wes was SO helpful with the settlement process. Being a first time home buyer is overwhelming but Wes walked us through step by step of what to expect and how to deal with some bumps in the road. I now recommend him to everyone that asks for a lender. Thank you Wes!

First time homebuying was very stressful-but Wes made it easy. He was there to answer any question I may have had(and trust me, there were a lot of them). Wes was always friendly and walked me through the entire homebuying process from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy loan officer. I will definitely be using Wes and his team in the future.

I highly recommend Wes for Home loan Mortgage. Moving from NY to MD, I had no connections. My Realtor Introduced us and he just took over guiding me through the whole process. I been through the home buying process many time but Wes made this one seamless and special.

My husband and I recently just bought a house and we honestly couldn’t have done it without Wes. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all of our questions. He was very prompt with getting back to us and checked in on us throughout the entire process even after his part was done he continued to check in after we moved in to see how everything was going. I would recommend any and everyone to Wes but especially first time home buyers because he makes a very intimidating process feel like a breeze.

Wes helped us when we felt like we didn’t have a way out of our nightmare we were in. We were upside down on our mortgage, with a house that was seeming falling apart. We had so many issues that needed repair but no way to do a refinance because of being upside down. We thought doing a cash out refinance was what we needed to do but we were incorrect. Wes helped us understand that what we needed was to do a rehab refinance. We were able to qualify and get the loan! With this type of refinance we hired a contractor to put on a much needed new roof and brand new siding!! Our home looked beautiful afterward and our mortgage payment stayed pretty much the same. He really helped us out and because of this we were able to sell the home for top dollar during the 2020/21 housing market craze!! It was the best investment we’ve ever made! We could not have done it without Wes. He was so helpful and answered ALL of my question, and I had a lot!Thank you Wes!!

Wes is amazing! My realtor introduced me to him when I was looking to buy my first house. I knew absolutely nothing. But Wes is always available to answer questions, especially for first time buyers who have all the questions. I purchased my first home with Wes in 2019. When I decided to upgrade, Wes helped me out have my 2nd home in 2021. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Wes will be my only loan guy. I can't imagine a better experience elsewhere. Whether you're a fist time buyer or not, give Wes a call. You won't be disappointed.
