I had never been to a tractor supply store but it is close to my house so I decided to check it out to see what they sell. I walked the store and noticed many things I normally buy. The store was clean and well organized too. Nice. However, one of the employees seemed to be shadowing me. He then approached me and aggressively asked, if I was looking for something in particular. I told him this was my first time in the store and I was just checking out what was for sale. He asked me two more times what I was looking for and then finally, what I was doing in the store. Note, that I had not been in the store more than fifteen minutes. I patiently explained that I lived nearby and was seeing what they sold, and their prices, because this store seemed easier to shop in than the local big box. He condescendingly told me I could do that online. Geez. What an experience. If you do not want to sell things to me, just say so. I don't care and I try to never go where I am not wanted. I can see that other people love this store, but I do not imagine I will ever try to shop there again.

Very hard to get in contact and do business with. Email says it’s too full and can’t receive anything else and thephone always says busy then hangs up.
Update. This is the worst company I have attempted doing business with. It’s almost been 3wks and all I did was get the run around the whole time. All I needed was a printed quote for ONE item. I emailed multiple times, never received a response. I went up there to get it and one of the managers said the other manager is the only one who could do it and she wouldn’t be in until Friday. She than guaranteed me I would receive an email from her, which I never did. I tried emailing again before going back up there and nothing. So i went up there yesterday…….worst service ever! I waited at customer service for about 10min before anyone came, the manager I spoke w/ previously was walking bye and said she was getting the other manager that could help me w/ my quote. I stood there waiting for what seemed to be about 15-20min before a cashier came to tell me her manager told her to tell me she lost my previous paper, I told her I had another one so it was fine. She than disappeared to the back and I was waiting once again. The manager i’ve been speaking to comes back and says she’s not sure if I want to wait because the lady is on a call and it’s going to be awhile……i finally walked out. I’m not sure if it was because of my race but I did not feel like a valued customer at all and I’m very disappointed in management at that place.

I purchased a zero turn lawn mower yesterday and I received the best service I could ask for. A young man, named Max, went out of his way multiple times to help me choose the right mower, purchase it, and get it home. This is the place to purchase your lawn care needs and Max is the man to help you do it!

The employees here are super knowledgeable and helpful and super friendly. I spoke to Max on the phone a couple days ago who was super helpful and answered my questions and when I came in today I was helped by Mike (Max wasn't here) who answered my other questions and showed me the item I wanted to purchase (Christmas gift. Shh haha) and Danielle helped me check out and was great at answering my questions on the purchasing end of it. All in all a great experience. Totally recommend this placePlus, the prices are great too!Thanks everyone for helping me make my boyfriend's Christmas wonderful! ??

i personally love journeying to tractor supply company. They fulfill all my feed needs. haha, nice little pun i got there... feed-needs. Thats a good rhyme. Maybe I can become a rapper hahaha, eminem watch out hahahah.... ANYWAYS, come to tractor supply if you need feed or also mario kart die cast toys!
