“Just want to say all around amazing experience from to start to finish. Very upfront and knowledgeable about everything and diddnt push us in any direction and did everything they could to help us out. Explained every aspect of the process in full detail and put multiple options on table so we could go with what we felt most comfortable with. There were no hidden motives to get money out of us, just them trying to put us in the best possible position to buy a car and they performed that task amazingly. “I was recommend Southern Tire from a friend & went here last weekend to get my front 2 tires replaced & they were able to accommodate me very quickly. I came back this weekend to get an oil change, which again, were able to fit me in a lot quicker than any other place. I chose to come back because Dennis was extremely helpful, and had the best customer service. It was very busy in there on a Saturday, but they were all so kind, & ensured to fit in several people last minute. I will continue to give my business to Southern Tire. They are hands down the best in SOMD! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone.”

“We had a blowout on our travel trailer while leaving town on a Friday afternoon for a week vacation. Not wanting to risk a 10 hour round trip with no spare tire, we called Big Ed's. They had good quality Hercules tires in stock so we decided to replace all 4. Ed and his crew got them all swapped within an hour even working through a rain storm. We were back on the road and had a great vacation.”

And yes, I expected to pay more than $75 for the immediate inspection and understand that there is a "starting" price for many things in the service industry .... my lack of foresight and planning should have an extra price attached!
