They don't listen to you when you ask for how much prepaid on a pump. If I ask for 13 they give me seven. If I ask for 18 they give me 13 fast for 20 they give me 10. It's every other time. I have an issued purchasing gas here

The chick Nicole that works here buys up all the discount cigarettes before customers can get them. Super nice. Moved my lovely nicotine habit to the next closest liquor store out of spite. Seriously, just sad.Not to mention their god-awful hedge that obscures the oncoming traffic from the right, if you pull out onto the side road. I have no idea how they haven't had complaints. Honestly I have no idea how someone hasn't gone and cut them down. It's absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention sometimes you have jerks who park on the road next to them, so you can see even less.Oh, yeah, and they're profiteering off the Ukrainian war like all the other craphole gas stations.

this shell has a cashier that tried to force me to pay for a plastic wrapped dog bone because my 6 year old grab it and it cracked the bone inside the plastic.. it was still sealed completely sellable... when I pointed that out, and pointed out that other bone were broken in the pile of bones. The cashier threatened to call the police on my child I told him to do so and I would wait.. He pretended to go back pick up the phone, faked talking to someone and came back and said they are on the way... So I stood and weighted 10 minutes at that point the manager comes out and I ask her how long till the police get here and she said what are you talking about, that is when I discovered the cashier had faked the entire call to the police... at that point I politely asked the cashier to apologize to my kid that stood there scared to death she was in trouble with the police for 10 minutes GET THIS HE REFUSED When I told him if he didnt I would speak to whoever was necessary to have him fired.. Get this He said he rather be fired then apologize to a little girl.... That is Burchoil's Idea of friendly customer service this is how they treat children my child is scared for me to even pull in there to get gas...

The location at 24686 Three Notch Rd, Hollywood, MD 20636, i will never spend another dime there. I played over $100 worth of scratch off lottery cards, and made several trips back to the machine. Once I was $100 into it, with all intention of continuing, the guy working there came and opened the machine to restock it...while i was standing right beside him with money in my hand! Furious!
