This is my first year NOT using Pam's Accounting. This office has become very unprofessional and refered to me as a "BUTT HEAD" when I informed them I would take my business somewhere else. Name calling is very inappropriate and should not be accepted from anyone. I was also charged $40 for services I did not receive. I was informed these services were from March 2020 and a year later they are asking for money when they saw I was going to another business. Unfortunately I had to pay it to get my paperwork back. What a cost to pay for bad service.
