Another company who doesn't care about its long time customers, only getting new ones. I spent over 2 grand just to get internet and 90.00 month for 100 mbps. Just saw an offer for 39.99 month locked in for 500 mbps. Stayed on the phone the other day for an hour trying to figure why I keep getting slow speed. Go figure! Tired of this!

I pay for 500Mbs and rarely see above 200 even though I have a top of the line router. I get a text almost daily that says “services in my area are interrupted and will be restored X hours from now”. Internet drops down to sub-1Mbps almost nightly. And Breezeline still has the nerve to be the most expensive internet I’ve ever paid for, even though I don’t know WHAT IM PAYING FOR. The SECOND an alternative comes to my area, I will be switching from Breezeline’s absolute garage infrastructure.Posting this with cellular data in my own home, hours after “services were restored”.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH SERVICE FROM BREEZELINE. IT COULD BE A BIT CHEAPER, SINCE I AM RETIRED AND ON A BUDGET.
