I was very impressed with the shop. Our son needed a State Safety inspection done quickly, and they got him in. They found a few things that needed to be fixed and were able to fix them in a timely manner.

Fred and his team at Agape Auto Service have always provided honest, efficient, and proper maintenance and repair to my vehicles. Most recently, they repaired the air conditioning on my Volvo. Being an oddball of a vehicle, I went in expecting a slightly longer lead time than normal. That wasn't the case. The folks at Agape had the failed part shipped overnight and repaired the very next day. Highly recommended!Services: General repairs & maintenance

I was an original Agape customer back in the days when I would get a hand-written thank you card in the mail for something as basic as an oil change. When I moved back to the area, I didn't hesitate to resume using this shop for my auto needs. But their quality has suffered. We brought my Traverse to them for a noise issue and it was returned it to me with the same noise occurring. Another example is we asked them to diagnose an issue with our Pontiac. They suggested a $800+ service of replacing the spark plugs. I was assured that the car ran as good as new. Except as I drove away from the lot, I could tell that the car was just the same. Long story short, the transmission is shot and needs to be rebuilt. They wasted our money and lost our trust. We are very disappointed and will no longer be their customers. It's a real shame.

Listened to me as I explained what my car's issue was diagnosed as by a buddy, took me seriously and did a good shake down. Was upfront and honest about what they found and got the job done fast and at a fair price. While it's a little hidden in comparison to some of the other garages around here they're well worth it.Services: Auto maintenance

Had a Maryland State Inspection performed on a used car. Inspector was very knowledgeable and honest and detected a serious but not obvious wear issue in our lower control arms. After replacing part elsewhere Agape, performed 4 wheel alignment and certified our inspection. Almost no waiting to get on their calendar either time. very prompt service.Services: Wheel alignment

Agape is a very trustworthy and reliable place. The guy who runs the place, Fred, gives fair prices for repairs and will be honest about what needs to be done. I took my Van to get the brakes checked out and he informed me that the brakes were working fine and didn’t need to be replaced at all. I picked up the Van and he didn’t charge me a penny. Service is fast and they will check out your car same-day (95% of the time)Service: Brakes

These guys are genuine and we never feel like we are being taken advantage of. They are friendly and always explain/show us what the issues are. Work is done in a timely manor.
