“Picked up a sweet glove at the Arlington Little League Opening Day Ceremonies - but wasn't yet able to use it as I'm recovering from an injury. Moving around better now and began to break in my glove and found a defect. Eric went out of his way to help me out. Told me to email him some photos to save a trip out to him. Confirmed with me that he received them. Updated me a couple hours later that he sent them to the glove rep and was waiting to hear back. Got back to me same night that they were going to credit him for the glove and he had another waiting for me at the store. Probably some of the best follow up/follow-through customer service I've had in quite a long time. Thanks, Eric!”
“I visit the Road Runner Sports in Arlington, VA to replace my Brooks shoes, which were worn down completely. Mini, Travis and Kimberly (Fit Experts) greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism, expertise and extremely prompt amazing service! They took the time with passion to educate me on how to choose the right fit and so many other aspects of excellent foot health. They also helped me come to a conclusion that the Glycerin 21's Brooks (at a great value price) are the most comfortable for my feet and also happens to be my favorite shoes ever. Their dedication to excellent customer education and service is second to none and reflects great credit upon themselves and the Road Runner Sports brand! They are the epitome of excellence and true professionalism! My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 stars without hesitating. “Walked in here because I wore Timbs before my girlfriend told me she wanted to the museums. Luckily Pacers was en route and I needed another pair of runners. The guy who helped me was super knowledgeable. I stood on a mat to determine how my weight was distributed and he watched me walk #noddiddy. “My husband is hands down a Shooters supporter, has been for years. Employees are always welcoming and helpful.I would have love to give 5 stars. However, my biggest challenge and frustration is not having enough 5-6x.sizes. I was told thecompany does not make a lot of the larger sizes and when they do they go fast ( the big guys buy them all at one time) ughhh how frustrating …NEWS FLASH that should tell you the large sizes are in high demand, maybe consider making more of the larger sizes . The big Guys need love too and love supporting just as well as the smaller guys (seems there are always the smaller sizes in stock ). Just a friendly suggestion, give it a test run and offer more of the larger sizers for a few months.Also, maybe offer selling the set as separates. The store is 2 levels and divided by small sections to showcase different Patagonia product lines. The staff is friendly! The upstairs section features a large sale and clearance area of overstocked and out of season gear..! If you like Patagonia, be sure to stop in.”

“I drove to Oxon Hills in order to buy a pear of soccer cleats and this outlet met all my expectations. One, the parking lot had plenty of empty spots. There is no way they are going to fill all of them, so that's a plus. Two, pricing for socks, shorts, and shirts were more or less same as Amazon, but shoes were about $10~ $15 cheaper than online which was great! Also, their clearance section had some amazing options. Usually I don't find many shoes in a clearance section for my size (11.5) but they actually had some cool shoes. Three, customer service was surprisingly amazing. During my shopping I witnessed some customers who were going really rough on staff members but staff members were keeping their cool and providing an amazing customers service. When it was my turn, they also helped me the best way possible. So, 10/10 for employees for that given day. Also, there are other sports clothing brands as well nearby such as Under Armor, Nike, and Skechers. So, definitely worth to drive and compare what they got.”
“The store manager, Marlenis, went above and beyond to help me and my mother-in-law process a return. A few months ago we bought a pair of shoes only to realize, once my mother-in-law left to her country, that they were 2 right shoes! She just got back and went to the store to process the exchange/return. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the receipt or the box that it came in, but Marlenis figured that the correct pair had to be in the store, therefore she went in the back and searched almost an hour until she actually found them! We were able to process the exchange, but the fact that she did that speaks volumes. Most people would’ve told me that I’m SOL and kept it moving, but I appreciate the level of customer service that she and her team gave me.”

“Listen. This store now deserves a five star rating! I don't know what they were doing before hand, and what not but before hand when you walked in the store smelled like weed customer service was not there, and it was really a burden to come in. I actually started going to other lead stores, especially the one in Pentagon city because this store did not have any hat! The hansel that they did have we're all dusty.Boy have things have changed! The new manager, Thomas is amazing! You could tell that this man really knows about his hat, and he really really really cares! I walked into the store, pleasantly surprised! They had a wide variety of hats, which was awesome, including international hats, Negro, league, hats, and negro league, jerseys!I walked in, expecting the worst, and I literally came out a much happier dude! I walked out with a Negro league jersey, and a Negro league, hat, and love what was done with the new place. Thomas deserves all the recognition for the hard work that he has put in at my local lids store .”
