They took the time with passion to educate me on how to choose the right fit and so many other aspects of excellent foot health. They also helped me come to a conclusion that the Glycerin 21's Brooks (at a great value price) are the most comfortable for my feet and also happens to be my favorite shoes ever. Their dedication to excellent customer education and service is second to none and reflects great credit upon themselves and the Road Runner Sports brand! They are the epitome of excellence and true professionalism! My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 stars without hesitating. “Walked in here because I wore Timbs before my girlfriend told me she wanted to the museums. Luckily Pacers was en route and I needed another pair of runners. The guy who helped me was super knowledgeable. I stood on a mat to determine how my weight was distributed and he watched me walk #noddiddy. After about 20 mins I had tried on maybe 5-6 different pairs, made my final selection and was off!These have become my favorite pair of sneaker whether I’m walking the dog or going for a run.Thanks Pacers!!!”

“I’ve bought 3 pairs of Aisics from this store-it’s the only walking shoe I wear and the only place I’ve bought them. I buy the Gel-Kayano 29 shoes each time (highly recommended). Simply the most comfortable shoe for serious walkers. I went to this store today with a friend and had the best customer service experience there yet! We were assisted by Kelly. “This is my go to place for cleaning and restoring all my shoes. It was much easier to take my favorite pair of Js or Air Max to have them refreshed rather than trying to find them again and paying the high prices now. In a time of things being so exspensive this place is a def go to for me. Also you can donate shoes so if you have shoes you do not know what to do with donate them so they can go to someone that needs them.”
“5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE.My parents stopped by Ramer's while in DC. They were shopping for my 4 and 6 year old and purchased a few pair of shoes. They received excellent service. The shoes were stolen from a car place the same day. I needed a pair of shoes for my Kindergartener's graduation this Friday. My mom called the store and he took care of us and shipped the shoes to my home. It's Monday and they've already arrived. The shoes fit perfect and are so cute for this special occasion. Thank you Ramer's Shoes for being so kind to my parents and going out of your way to make our day. If we are in town again, we will definitely be stopping by.”

“I came here a few months ago and still remember my experience. I came a couple days before I had a career fair and got to the store 30 minutes before closing. Even though the store was getting ready to close for the night I was with a very nice employee who smiled and asked if there any help that I needed.
I explained that I’m not smart clothes shopping and was looking for some business casual shoes to complete my look for the career fair. I’m very happy and satisfied with help I I received from her. Not once did I feel rushed and the input I received from her felt genuine like she was actually trying to help me create a good look and not just trying to sell me random stuff.
Such a good experience that checking out I asked to speak to the manager just for a minute to tell her how happy I am with my experience and that was a truly five star interaction and that this girl should be up for employee of the month”

He did a fantastic job at a very fair price. While I was there, I couldn’t help but to admire the beautiful collection of shoes on sale.If I ever need my shoes repaired, I will certainly be back.
