My husband and I have been waiting for our beloved son to have his headstone installed. On March 2024 it will be one full year for this installation. We've received many excuses but this cannot be good customer service. I just read that we are not alone but waiting more than the maximum of six months is unprofessional.We love our agent but this is not on her, this is Lincoln Memorial Cemetery responsibility!

My uncle's vase was stolen and I went the office and spoke to Ms. Mathews. She assured me she would take care of it and the vase was replaced within 24 hours. I commend her and am grateful her for her outstanding customer service.

This funeral home does not fulfill their contracts or promises. First of all, we did not know we were agreeing to a binding contract during our consultation. The saleswomen convinced us to use their services, and she assured us that we would get top tier service. My husband ordered his moms headstone in 2022. They told him later that the headstone would not be set until he paid off his bill. The bill collectors harassed him daily to make payments, even when he was 30 days behind on a small payment. We paid off the headstone in May and here it is October, and my mother-in-law does not have a headstone at her gravesite. We were directed to the manager after our complaints, and he has not returned our calls. We want our money back or we plan to file a lawsuit. This type of customer service and treatment is disheartening.

Hate my mom laid my lil sister to rest here this place. This abandoned daily every single visit I'm mad at how trifling they keep the property. Trash everywhere...The lawn mower tears up these peoples loved one decorations, stones stinking dirt just be toast everyway it's just messed up that these people don't care about everything but money straight up foolishness

Please do not bury your loved ones here. If I could turn back time I would have went someplace better. They don’t take good care of there grounds and they take your money and don’t give you your product when promised. My mother passed away last year in January of 2022. I order her headstone which costed $5,000 that I have still yet to receive. I was informed after months of reaching out with no response that they forgot to order it at the end of January 2023. When I order her headstone I was informed that it would be there October/ November at the latest. I was then told in January of 2023 that her headstone would be there by July. Guess what here we are in August of 2023 and still no headstone. I have spoken to the so called supervisor who promised he would get me answers and get to the bottom of things and he has also ignored me and beat around the bush. I was told as of today my mothers headstone is in production meaning they just ordered it. I will be contacting my bank because at this point I feel I have been duke by Lincoln memorial I’m truly waying my options to see if I can take them to court. If anyone else has a similar complaint please post it because I don’t think I’m the only one this has happened too! This is really heartbreaking to lose a loved one, pay all of this money and be treated this way. They have definitely made this one of the worst experiences of my life and I feel like no one there could careless all they want is your money. Please if you love your loved ones go somewhere that will respect them and you because this is not the place!

Finally, after getting no return phone calls and getting the runaround, I struck gold. I was so happy to work directly with Mr. Charles Smith, General Manager, to get what I needed done. He is new in his position and is personally committed to improving the customer service issues currently at Lincoln. I have several relatives buried here and I will ensure as long as I'm alive, that their graves will receive perpetual care as is promised.

I have a Mother buried in Lincoln cementry. And, she has 4 siblings. I might be, the oldest out of 4. But, near grave, is a dumping ground, for trash, gravesite name plates in dirty piles. Office, need to take care of the grounds. Coming from Nc, every year, to visit her. Seriously!!!

From day 1 it was confusion, corruption, carelessness and totally unprofessional. My mom’s tombstone was paid for in June 2020. She passed October 2022 and there is already confusion about the tombstone. I signed off on the proof and now they are trying to change it. I see I am not the only one dissatisfied with this charade of a business. They should not be allowed to do business in pC County.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I entrusted this place with Mother and Grandmothers body. This past June me and my sister met with Miss. ShaDonna we order two headstone one for my Mother and Grandmother. Me and my sister was informed that their headstone would be there by October/November. In December when we went to visit still no headstones. I called, texted, and left voice messages with no response. Then me and Miss. ShaDonna kept playing phone tag. After almost two months I finally filed a customer complaint. I then received a call now telling me their headstone will not arrive until September. The lady said it takes now 10-12 months! Mind you I was told last year that it take 5-6 months. I truly believe in my heart that they just placed my order in January, after I kept inquiring and now they are trying to cover their tails. I asked the lady to please just tell me the truth that they forgot. This place is the worst they lie, they keep the grounds unkept and they make excuses. I'm so disappointed and sick to my stomach how somethings like this can happen. I got no I'm sorry or them trying to make it right. I just lie after lie! If I had the money I would remove my loved ones and put them somewhere that cares. Please choose some place else avoid this place if you can.

We have burial rights at this cemetery. My son was supposed to be placed in the plot assigned to our family & was not informed that he could not be placed because of an encroachment on the same day of pulling in for the interment part of the service. Since then the communication with management has been very poor in resolution. It’s basically take what we’re offering or leave it! I wouldn’t wish this pain or agony on any other customer! This is an establishment that’s supposed to offer professional services with unprofessional management.

I visited my mom's grave on her birthday 8/22/21. Going to her graveside was harrowing to say the least.. it's up a hill directly across from the bishop,'s shrine. That is the only site in the whole cemetery that is being taken care of. After risking my life literally if my car went over the hill I had to leave within minutes because her grave is now literally sitting in a sinkhole. My brother is buried there also. I can't grieve them there for fear of my life. So sad
