This place has been closed for awhile with a sign on the door saying will open back up soon hopefully. Not sure what's going on but drove all the way there to find that out.

This review will be also sent to the Company.Great customer service and delivery was right on time as estimated. I was sold a used rim and charged DOUBLE the cost of a new one. The rim came with a total receipt of $170 including shipping and I was charges at the store $304 in CASH. The store is having hard time with the business apparently and they are only opened on appointment. I was lucky that other customers were there so i was able to order the rim for my Madza 3. I will write to the headquarter as well with all details and photos of the purchases receipts and see if they will correct what i want to believe it was a honest mistake.

I would give zero stars but unfortunately it's not an option. The hours listed are inaccurate - either that or these people just show up whenever they'd like. They don't answer the phone so do not bother calling. They are closed during business hours with no posted notice or explanation. According to Google reviews this is typical of them, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt anyway and regret it. Do not waste your time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Traveled an hour in the rain to make a purchase with Hubcap Heaven… only to find out they were closed (even though their business page on Google says “Open”). I’m done… drove the hour back home and planning to order parts online somewhere else.

I went to get rims ordered 3 days ago, I payed $265 and was assured I'd have them the following day and would receive a call, that call never came. Since then I have called 3 days straight with no answer, the business has been closed with no response and no update to the customers. I even went there and there was a sign saying that they were unexpectedly closed, with no calls out to customers who ordered with them. Not only I but 4 other customers came by the shop all disappointed with the fact they were closed when they assured their customers they'd have their items that day. My car is currently sitting on a lot somewhere and I'm currently being charged for that daily because of this businesses lack of professionalism. I'd definitely recommend you go elsewhere if you want good business.

So far so good. I understand TJ is the man to get stuff done. Took my daughters wheel down to be repaired. Had 2 cracks in the wheel itself. TJ said no problem. We will see.

One of my son's referred me to Hubcaps Heaven to get 2 hubcaps for my car. I visited the place. They did have what I was looking for, however they were low and had to order more. The salesperson TJ was very nice and professional. He ordered more of what I needed and called me when they came in. They were very reasonable also. I had searched several places and online and found none as reasonable as theirs. I would refer them to anyone and also go back myself.

I love hubcap Theyare the cheapest you can find Anywhere and they are excellent in the quality Of working And you can order any ram i order a rim Thursday in get it on Friday The quality is excellent
