I recently had a profoundly frustrating experience at CVS, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. I purchased an item and returned it on the same day, expecting a refund. Unfortunately, the store failed to process the refund, and my attempts to seek assistance only added to my dissatisfaction.When seeking help from the store manager, I was met with dismissiveness and a refusal to engage in a meaningful conversation. The manager not only declined to address my issue but also left abruptly, stating she wouldn't "deal with this." This lack of customer service and professionalism was disheartening.Furthermore, instead of assisting me with the refund process, the manager provided a random CVS number, leading to a dead end when seeking resolution. This experience left me feeling not only undervalued as a customer but also questioning the overall management and service at CVS.In order to improve customer satisfaction, I urge CVS to address these issues promptly. A more empathetic and solution-oriented approach from both staff and management is essential to maintain trust and loyalty among customers

I went to the CVS across the street from Iverson Mall to use the promotional discount and they didn't not open up at 8am. The lady in the store started that she was the only person there and for security reasons she could not open up the store. I sat there from 7:53am until 8:25am and I left because I had to attend church. That is awful. I really need my personal items.

They say the way a team operates is a reflection on the management. This particular CVS truly needs to be shut down. It's dingy looking, the staff seems to have very low morale. Theft appears to be rampant a lack of products and I would just as soon go out of my neighborhood than visit this place. It's a shame, we really need a pharmacy in our community, a pharmacy the residents can be proud of. This is not that place!

Incompetent pharmacist told me I couldn’t get my antidepressants because I needed a different insurance card. Upon returning home to retrieve this card it turns out it has the exact same information as the first card I gave her and she doesn’t know how to read.

The store is ridiculous. I receive a text that my order is ready for pick up just to go to the store that should have been opened almost an hour ago and see this smdh. This is why I cross the bridge and go to VA even for the basics, this area is so unprofessional and it's a shame always living up to the stereotypes and stigmas.

This pharmacy needs to be shut down. They don’t care about anything at all. Will give you the wrong prescriptions, they don’t answer their phones and the manager is a racist. The lines are always long and the women that work here are disgusting. Attitude and disrespectful. I hope they shut it down for good. Please go elsewhere until then.

I have been a customer at CVS for many years and will continue to shop there and have my prescriptions filled there. My encounters with the staff at the pharmacy and the store is always positive. They are professional, helpful, engaging, and very polite. This means a lot to me when I shop there. I feel extremely blessed because if I am late picking up my prescription(s), I have received reminder phone calls. This is extremely rare and I am thankful for every representative that has provided this service!

The pharmacy never answers the phone. In fact I called 3 times and they had the nerve to let me wait on the phone for 10+ minutes each time before hanging the phone up. I STILL HAVE YET TO TALK TO SOMEBODY and it’s really frustrating because not everyone has transportation to go and SEE what’s going on with the pharmacy. It shouldn’t even come down to that

The site and Google says they are supposed to close at 10pm and here it is a Monday night and they decide to close at 9:30pm. No sign or anything.
