We arrived right before closing but were greeted respectfully and kindly. Our items were already waiting for us at the register but Meagan recommended that we confirm sizing. She was super kind and patient. She ensured that we had the right items and that my child was comfortable with the shoes. “I was invited to my colleague's baby shower. I didn't know what to get. Staff were so kind and nice, they did a phenomenal job with gift wrapping (they got all kinds of wraps, ribbons, even cards). I always thought this place was some kid bookstore, gym, thanks to Google, I now know that this place sells dolls, toys, baby bibs, shoes etc. Really local, really nice, makes me want to go back to being a kid.”

“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”

“This is a great place to get high quality, gently used kids' clothing! This place has been around a long time, although they did move from one unit in the shopping center to a new one in the past fife years or so. They do a great job of being selective about what they carry and pricing it appropriately. They have tons of my favorites including Hanna Anderson, Gap, Crew Cuts, Patagonia, and more. They have lots of great kids shoes as well--things that would normally be pricier, like Keen, Sperry, etc. I have not consigned with them although I probably should. One thing I really love is that they promote their items on Instagram (handle 529hollinhall) and you can even reserve and pay for items there. They are very active on there AP you can find what you want without having to do much browsing.”

“Am I the only person that didn't know that there was a kid's foot locker in Forestville? I feel like KFL are few and far between these days, but I'm super happy that there is one close by. So this is located in the plaza across from the mall facing the Target, next to the grocery store. It is pretty big on the inside as it encompasses a corner of the plaza. I was a little taken aback by the fact that they limit the number of folx inside. Guessing there may be a problem with theft. No bueno. Once inside, I had a return and the staff inside were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They were really friendly and had good attitudes. Good to know that I can hop on in anytime to supply my sneakerhead habit.”

Kayla, Michael, Anthony & Sasha were all SO helpful.Michael and Anthony helped us by grabbing the sizes we needed while we were in the dressing room. The Store Associate, Ms. Pari Hassani guided us and she was absolutely fantastic, a presence alongside us (my wife and I) second to none when it came to chosing my jacket. No pressure whatsoever, but it was one the best experience we ever had in a Brooks Brothers store, even though we have been a patron for over 40 years. We didn't know if a local kids store, and we stumbled on this place. I was blown away with the adorable stuff in here. Yes, it's small, but that did not mean inventory was low. “What can I say about Brooks Brothers? Since there was a little girl my father was confined to a wheelchair. He was raised in Manhattan and had a very particular and peculiar way of thinking and dressing. He was very frugal but all his clothes came from Brooks Brothers be it his pajamas to his socks. When the shop in Chevy Chase opened my father was so happy. I would drive him there about once every two or three years. And he would stock up on his pajamas and other small items. He really had to buy new clothes because as I said he wasn't a wheelchair and not particularly active. But always appropriately dressed. One of my best stories about Brooks Brothers is as my father aged he developed more and more idiosyncrasies probably because he was confined to a wheelchair. One of his fears was when he was in a vehicle being driven by someone else he was terrified of making left hand turns. So I mapped out a way to get from our house, about 2 miles at most from Brooks Brothers making only right hand turns. And then I had to map out a way to come home using only right hand turns. It was an adventure but it's soothed his soul.”

“Convenient location for me. The store is large with a kids, women and men’s section. Friendly customer service but when it’s busy it’s hard to find anyone that works there, which is understandable. I think they change out clothes every week and the best time to shop is when they open during the week. I think they have a nice selection of clothes. I always saw the store in disarray on the weekends so when I get the chance to shop during the week it’s a breathe of fresh air.”
