Was just rushed off the phone and was told I need to make an appt for something that can be done over the phone.

Very RUDE, RUDE Customer Service this morning, Thursday, May16, 2019. Customer Service person spoke very low and had to repeat himself several times. I actually spelled out the number that he was speaking to me...Finally we are in agreement. Thanked him for the service and the phone went dead. WOW

They lie.. the schedule says open till 5pm. But they teller closes at 2pm.. then only the video teller is open
