This shop worked for a day and a half to diagnose the issue with my work truck but it turned out to be something they don’t repair. Andy communicated with me throughout the diagnoses, gave me all the information to pass along to the next ship, and refused to charge me for his time, stating that he only charges to fix problems. That kind of integrity is growing increasingly rare! My trust has been earned for any future repair needs!

Transmission rebuild lasted less than a week. Silicone & paint on the seal to cover up poor workmanship. Find somewhere else.

I always recommend Mr Andy is One of the most honest and professional technician I'm very very friendly And always give us a good Price I'm a technician to a work on auto repairs on hayfield Exxon alexandria and anytime that i have any transmission issues i take the car to Mr Andy and he always take care of me i would have given like 10 Stars but i can only give 5 It they deserve it

If I could give negative stars I would!!!! This company promises but absolutely does not deliver. Would strongly recommend not coming here for any work, at all!! Its hard finding a good mechanic and you won't find one here. Do business with this company at your own risk.

Great & fairly-priced service & done within time frame promised. Andy is very friendly & will let you know what's going on; he has very good communication skills & is just a nice person. He & Mark and staff are knowledgeable and I trust them to be honest and do what's needed to get my car serviced and back on the road with confidence.

What took me so long to find this place?!!! Andy and his team are foremost HONEST, DIRECT, and UPFRONT. They're the types of hardworking mechanics who are for the customers they service. They don't make mechanics like this anymore and if they do they're hard to find. Was having a no communication with transmission code and was told by numerous shops that I needed a TCM. After spending hundreds of dollars on parts I didn't need and being told it was this part and that part I gave A&B Transmission a call and man am I glad I did. After talking to Andy and his team I brung my car in to have them replace and reprogram my TCM. Andy (being the awesome mechanic he is) did a few checks before putting the part in because he's seen my problem numerous of times. Was not even at the shop for an hr and he got the code to go away and my transmission was back to normal. Turns out I didn't need a TCM, the connector harness had gaps in the connector. Not only did they save me money, they fixed a problem I've had for months in just an hour. Was able to send my TCM part back and the price was good as well. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. Again they don't make mechanics like Andy and his team anymore. Thanks again fellas!

Had my truck towed there in March 2023 told them I had a brake line leak to replace all the lines cost 900.00 I said do it. They only replace 1 line they made up and on top of it I told them I was a mechanic and did have time was moving. They said it's ready and said I need a master cylinder they didn't bleed my brakes properly because they broke a bleeder screw and didn't tell me that at all. They charge me 350.00. They need to refund me 150.00 back because I fixed it my self.

Poor service my truck was send in February for service and to be fix.. 6 weeks later April get the truck back to me. To found the 4x4 is not working and neither the shift gear right ...Took the truck back to get it fix right and still nothing yet from this people.Don't know how they work but I'll never recommend this place.. to nobody.They take to long to fix something and they don't really care about customers. I'll be happy if I was able to get 0 start to this business

Wow!! I really trust this shop and what they do and there prices are reasonable for what they do they have also been around for awhile which means a lot in the same location some shops move every year don't trust that they are running from something I know of mechanics that bring there customer cars there so think about that ?

First and foremost This Place was clean and Customer Friendly ? ?, The service was excellent!!! True and Trusting People, Mechanics to the front desk assistance ? Oh! Most importantly, they fixed my vehicle!!!
