The people in the post office are always friendly, perfectly nice and polite. I would give them 5 stars if I could rate them separately.
The mail carrier we have has missed mail service for 5 days. When we got service back, we are no longer receiving our own mail. Now we have been getting our neighbors mail. Our other neighbor who lives on a different street in the neighborhood has called me to say that they have our mail. We are waiting for tax documents and this is just plain ridiculous. 0 freaking stars.

The Highland Post office is God awful. Our mail goes missing, we get other peoples mail. I swear these people cannot read!

The Highland Post office keeps leaving my packages and boxes way out on the road at the mailbox and isn't bringing them to my front porch. Now a package is missing and I don't have any video coverage to confirm delivery! This is not acceptable delivery of large boxes!

The staff are very nice and very helpful. The service of usps is not good. I mailed a box the size of a bread box 3 weeks ago and it was sent to the Clarksville office where is got lost. We couldn't even track it. Lost. Then it resurfaced to the center. Just NOW got notice it will be delivered to the Alabama address today. 3 weeks!???? Don't use usps if it's valuable. But nice staff in Highland.

Service is horrible. I got there around 9:05 and no one was at the desk. I rang the bell a couple of times, but no one would come out and take care of me, although people were in the back talking. After waiting for 10 min after I eventually called out the lady finally came out looking reluctant and somehow annoyed. This is not the type of the customer service I've experienced in this country. Will avoid this location going forward.

We sent an important package to our daughter at college which she didn't receive. We misplaced the receipt with tracking number, so we went to the Highland PO in desperation. Tony went above and beyond to help us. Since we knew when we sent it, he was able to come up with the tracking number - and then tell us exactly when and where it was delivered.....which ultimately allowed our daughter to find where the package was....and enjoy a present from home! Thanks Tony for the Amazing Customer Service.
