Poor management young inexperienced staff. The excellent workers they had found other places of employment. The chicken tastes good but the wings and drumsticks are definitely not pretty.

I hate to give a royal farms 1 star but the people running this location are bad. Real bad. I ordered 10pc chicken with 10 PC tender and fries and mashed potatoes. The lady told me it would be 5 minutes on fries. No problem. So she gets the rest of my order ready and sits it on the counter. 10 minutes later she says to the other worker. Damn you took all my frys and grabs the old crusty ones from the corner of the old empty fry tray. Throws it on the counter and says here's your food. I ask about the small box and if it has 10 tenders in it. She replies "yes thats what you order isn't it"! I open the box to find it's a small key that has been sitting there the whole time and no tenders in my order at all. She shrugs and turns to the hot box. Opens it and turns to me and says. That will be 10 minutes on your tenders. 10 minutes later I get handed my cold old food from the counter and the tender.
The next day I go to buy my son a 3pc tender and get fries only once again.

Has left the sausage off of my breakfast sandwich multiple times. Came back today and they did it again.... asked for my sausage and the employee asked if I wanted it on the sandwich and she proceeded to reconstruct my sandwich on top of the glass with no gloves. I just want what I order.. no less no more....

Sad this place has fallen apart in the last 2 years. I do my best to shop 7-11 for everything food related. If 7-11 had gas in Hereford I’d have no reason to visit this disorganized establishment. Kids run this establishment and it’s disappointing. Trying to find a cashier after 6pm is non existent, nor would I purchase food after the adult workers leave and let the kids fun the kitchen. ?

Tammy was very friendly and professional. I noticed her greeting customers as they answered the store with a smile and wishing them a good day, but the same smile as they left your bathrooms were clean your store was clean your staff with friendly.
