“I’ve taken 2 cars here and my wife’s. Reeshi is the coolest, down to earth dude, makes you feel like a valued friend. Let alone a customer, and does whatever he can to make sure your cars good. He even recommends what’s actually best for you. The first time he told me to sell the vehicle, not even trying to make money off of me at all. Didn’t just quote me an astronomical price to ward me off. Prices are more than fair. He genuinely tries to help you. He walked me through what’s wrong every time I’ve been there. He has a guy named Brock, who is someone you will find out instantly knows his job, they all just care. This place is the only place you need to go, that simple. I’ll never take a vehicle anywhere else. This guy deserves rewards for how he handles business”
“My rear tire pressure registered 11. A nail bit into the tire. There are at least 10 tire service shops including Firestone, Mr Tire, Delaware Tire, Walmart, PepBoys etc. BW has the most # of reviews with overall average of 4.0 on Google, despite all the other larger shops around. All business has haters and supporters. The good-bad reviews for BW are more detailed than others. Clearly, they were written by people who care. The communication style is [matter of fact and a bit of " in your face"]. But they are sincere and direct. Don't take it personally. You are there to get a good professional job done. They do. The charge for patching the tire was $30. Reasonable & under 1hr. The business premise is clean and tidy. I drove by daily and never knew it is a Auto shop.
There is a energetic happy looking turtle in the indoor pond. There is an absorbing puzzle for the world flags to kill time. Thank you for resolving my car issue without drama.”
“So I took my 2015 s class in for 55,000 miles service, 3 weeks ago, and as always the services great. I was front car off and Eva appear be coming in and save me a trip of doing the drop off paperwork. My car wasn’t scheduled for service that day. It was for the next day. Well I recharge text around 2:24 pm state my car was completed and ready for pick up. . Great service Great team Thanks agin Charles

“It's difficult to find an honest shop, but Russell and his staff are the best. I can't say enough good things about them. We returned for a second visit and just like the first time These folks were very accommodating. Russell squeezed us in for brakes and 2 new tires on my wife's Honda CRV. The work was completed in a day and the bill was less than I thought it would be! Thanks again guys! I'd give 10 stars if I could!”

“My 1996 F150 had a front pump seal soften, leading to it dumping all its fluid while driving on Rt. 13 about 1hr south of Richard's shop. Local tow company recommended Richard, as he takes his own personal cars there for transmission work. This was Saturday 6/1/2013. Truck was towed to Richard's shop Sunday evening. By Weds. 6/5, he called me to let me know the truck was finished. He not only replaced the seal, but he replaced all other seals, looked over the trans and torque converter, and replaced 3rd gear clutches, replaced springs, and they bored the bypass valve, so it would avoid pressure build-up in the future. This shop went well above and beyond what was needed, and the final price was still at the low end of what trans repairs run. Called him next day to mention hard shifting, and he gave me a full explanation of the computer's leaning process, situation with it having high line pressure due to slippage when it was failing, etc. The knowledge I gained from this alone was worth it.”

“I was driving from Ripley, NY to Hampton, VA and all of a sudden my air conditioner started leaking into my car. Temp in Delaware was 92. Got on line for place to help. Make a long story short Mike was just closing shop. I told him my problem and they went to work right away and fixed my AC and the whole time were so courteous to me. I meant his wife and she said she would be glad to get me sometime to eat or drink.
They worked on the AC until it started working perfectly and I made it all the way to Hampton in a cool car and no water dripping on my foot. I will ever be grateful to Mike, Kennedy and his workers.”
