I’ve been waiting for my babies medicine and not once did the USPS notify me that they were returning it. I I had to find out via email from the company the medication was being dispensed from. I called and was told it would just be late now it’s not coming at all, thanks for nothing.

The Post Worker, Michele, is such a great asset to this location. I was mailing something to the Maryland Maryland Comptroller's office, and she quickly noticed that the Zip Code typed on the envelope was incorrect. She noted the mistake to me and allowed me to update the Zip code on the envelope and also on the Certified Mail Receipt. I left the post office shocked that someone could be as attentive as her and willing to help others. She is a role model for dedicated employees and an asset to that Post Office Location.I hope this message is shared among her coworker so she can get the recognition she deserves and others can see how a postal service worker could positively affect someone's life.

Lazy, dishonest, and hostile employees.You can feel the air of superiority the moment you walk up to the counters.I asked a package be marked Fragile and was told that was an extra service and fee. The employee, who continued to stare the entire transaction, lied about the options and pricing to mail a comic book.And until the very end never said thank you but instead scrutinized and was verbally rude about every move I made.When I went with priority mail just to make it a nice surprise to arrive during my time there, to somewhere an hour away, it took almost four days.

4:40 PM and they are totally closed. Is it because it's George Washington's birthday? Unsure, but I've seen this happen on other occasions too - they close the gates to the postal store way early. Also the wait times are usually pretty crazy no matter what time of day. They need a more efficient system.

USPS needs to go Out of Business. They are the worst Delivery EVER. They lose packages and Deliver Late ALL THE TIME.

The post office carrier delivered my package to the wrong address and now i lost my package and i am so upset i had called and they said they can’t do anything and i lost money because of this but its their fault they put it in the wrong mailbox!! Unbelievable

The employees at the Havre de Grace post office have been the best I have ever seen. They are very efficient, pleasant and professional. It is always an enjoyable experience
