Appreciative for what Salvation Army stands for and the services offered to assist those needing a helping hand; however, when calling the office and leaving detailed/professional messages with no return response is unfortunate. It would be nice to receive a call back.

They are very helpful with food, but failed to send BGE the check after they sent the commitment letter.
