I was on my way to work this morning and i decided to stop at royal farms for some coffee and a quick morning snack, when i walked into the store I couldn’t help but to see 3 mice run beside the store, I go inside to the coffee makers and couldn’t ignore the mouse poop that was sitting beside it, there is also dead bugs in the cabinets (?) so I decided that i no longer wanted coffee…. I then went looking for a quick morning snack I picked up a protein bar that was EXPIRED must I add, I took the expired protein bar to the counter and let them know it was out of date when I approached the women working Behind the counter she was very rude, her face was twisted up as if she did not like me or her job, people like that should not be working there and I do not feel comfortable enough to ever return

It's 5:40 on a Monday when I come in for an 8 piece dark and one breast. The girl said it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. I said that's fine. As I'm waiting more people are placing orders and they are being told 20 minutes for EVERYTHING. ALL of those people left. This location lost money. I worked and managed in food for 15 years. 1 - Why were you standing around talking when I walked in if nothing was ready. 2 - WHY IS NOTHING PREPPED FOR DINNER RUSH??? Whomever is managing this locating needs some training or to be replaced. What a joke. Get it together. Also waited 35 minutes instead of 20. Got home and checked my order and I was missing a piece of chicken.

I don't usually review gas stations, but this one needs to be called out. It's about five miles off interstate 95 and has no bathrooms. Cannot recommend.

Of all the Royal Farms I goto this one is the best for customer service. The staff always seems happy, they are eager to help and make really good sandwiches and stuff. The store is always super clean and so I love this Royal Farms a lot.

So I’ve had my fair share of burgers here before that were absolutely damaged to the point where it was basically inedible. Decided to give them another try with someone different in the deli. I am sure glad I did, because this young lady named Kayla absolutely knocked it out of the ball park. Everything from presentation to taste was absolutely mind blowing. Kayla makes it with care and that will never go unnoticed by me. Truly made my day!

This location is very clean n the staff is friendly n very knowledgeable about the items they sell. I would recommend this location to any n everybody. Today my purchase was chicken. Very gd n tasty.
