“What a great experience!! We walked in simply to test out the Casper line of mattresses. Tom was GREAT— we loved that there was no pressure to sell nor to upgrade. He was fully informative (he knows his stuff!!) and kindly suggested we try out a Sealy line in the same price point but with similar features. He saved us serious $$— because we were under the impression we had to buy a new platform bed because Casper says you can’t use box springs under their mattresses! But Tom informed us that box springs in the last 15 years aren’t box springs any more —they are foundations that can totally be used with Casper mattresses!!! THANK YOU, TOM!! And with FREE delivery, plus a sale on the mattress we liked best, we are very happy Mattress Warehouse customers!”
