It's a pretty dirty place, there's no one there for any help, it has a bad damp smell. The worst thing is that there is no currency exchange and now it doesn't work to recharge the card. If you use your debit or credit card, it charges you 10 dollars even if you only spend 2 dollars, I think it is like the minimum charge. Rarely busy.

These machines charge way more than the price posted $$ the charges are CLEARED not pending or on hold and the owner is blaming my bank. Im not the only person who has complained about this. The owner told me to “Have my bank explain to me how to use a debit card” and refuses to accept that my charges are not PENDING they are cleared and waaayy more than the posted price.

Small but I went in on a Wednesday at 4:30pm and I was the only one in there. I can see where some people may find it confusing to start the washers because you have to press the arrow buttons to select to start then press the start button. I was satisfied with my experience and will return

Clean. Coin operated or pay with card. Reasonable prices. Responsive customer service. Will be back.Yes, the place can be a little smelly, but that's just the drainage system- My clothes didn't end up smelling bad from it.

When we first started going there, it was great, but it's gone downhill fast. There's no maintenance being done. A growing number of machines don't work. Some haven't worked for months. There's no attendant, so if you lose money, it's gone. It needs a lot of work before it will even come close to being worth the money it charges.

I can't say enough about how great this Laundrolux Laundromat is. Never a wait at this location and for the most part, everything is up to date and clean. The owner is somewhat of a mystery to everyone because people that have been there for 10 years have never talked or laid eyes on him.Whoever you are...Thank You for providing the neighbors and community with a chill, laid back, modern place to do laundry.

Definitely not coming here again. Spent $30 on a single load of wash. Washer took $7.10 from my card and then wouldn’t start so I tried to put money on fast card, wouldn’t swipe on washer. Had to reswipe bank card again.

The number of people on here who don't understand bank holds is honestly concerning. Any time you use a car wash vacuum, gas pump, laundry mat where you're paying at each washer, there is a temporary hold (typically a few dollars more than the service) put on your card to make sure you can afford the service before your card is approved. So you use a washer, it puts a $10 hold on the card. The washer turns out to be $7.50. If you check immediately, you'll see the $10 HOLD. If you check later on/the next day, you'll see a $7.50 CHARGE. A hold and a charge ARE NOT the same thing. Most gas stations do this when you get gas, you just don't notice. That being said, it's the temporary price we pay for more payment options at CLEAN, FRIENDLY, LOCAL establishments like this one.Taking your ignorance out on local businesses like this one is why big corporations are able to take over this country and ruin everything. Stop thinking everyone is out to get you and LISTEN. It's disheartening seeing these business owners have to explain to you all REPEATEDLY the things you should already know as a consumer with a piece of plastic for money. They're wonderful people with a wonderful business and I highly recommend them.

When I arrived at 3pm the laundromat was filthy a half hour later a cleaning crew arrived. They have empty /damaged vending machines shoved in the corner. No soap or dryer sheet vending minimum price to wash is $5.25 the place has potential and I did see a cleaning crew come in. It is worth a second chance.
