2/17/24Fabulous visit at the Lewis Lane office in Havre De Grace Maryland. Jovan and Holly are such a professional staff . Very friendly and comforting. They are an asset to Labcorp and should be recognized for the professional services and kindness they provide to the patients.I highly recommend Labcorp to all my family and friend's.

How after MANY complaints from several people is that “lead” receptionist still employed with your company! She is the rudest person EVER! argumentative, belittles the elderly, and loudly takes bad about anyone that comes in.

I am giving it a three because of convenience of location and wait time is reasonable as a walk in. However the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I went on 1/27/24 and the tech didn't even say hello when she came into the room. The CSR at the front desk was a little bit more pleasant but real no manners. I can understand maybe not wanting to work on a Saturday but at least say hello. I am fine with getting blood drawn but many folks are not and a little kindness can help relax folks.

I don't know why there are so many complaints on here they do great work so they don't tell you how to clean a little boo boo from a needle as a grown up i think you should have already figured that out i mean there not your doctor they get what they need to run tests the rest is your doctors responsibility to take care of

I took my 4 year old son to get his blood work. Hid pediatrician asked to get done. The receptionist was really rude. Once a hand in the referral she started to complain it was too much blood tubes ( I have taken my son get blood work. Where they have taken 9 tubes of blood)Anyways, she told us what room to go and she was the one who did the work.. she then started to yell at my son. Just cause my son started to cry and scream because he was really scared. But this African American receptionist is really rude! And I think he she doesn't have the patience to deal with kids. She shouldn't NOT work there.

Went to have my labs done today .I got there about 9:15 am expecting it to be crowded.There we’re a few people there waiting already not near as many as I expected .The lady at the front desk who checked me in was very friendly .I was called back very quickly.The lady who took my blood was very friendly also .I must say that was the first time someone has taken my blood and I didn’t feel a thing.She was the best I will be returning to this location as the staff was great! Great job to all of the staff here .

I went there today to get labs drawn, it was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I’ve worked in the medical field for almost 10 years, and have worked very closely with many labcorp locations and employees and I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior.The front desk associate was incredibly rude, making fun of patients with her coworker directly in front of me as I checked in. She kept giving dirty looks to every statement I made, when I would respond she would look at her coworker next to her, give her a look, and roll her eyes.At one point her and that coworker (who ended being the one to draw my blood) were making fun of the other staff member. It was awful. When I was taken back the phlebotomist was so rude and unprofessional. However, she only gave me dirty looks, she didn’t say anything.I often refer my patients to labcorp in Havre De Grace, and over the last few months I’ve heard nothing but complaints about them. Today when I went there myself I understood why my patients were so upset. The staff is awful, genuinely unhappy and disgusting to patients. Making fun of patients directly in front of other patients? Absolutely unacceptable. I will never ever recommend another person to that facility again.

I was there today. It was a very easy process. The lady who helped me was efficient in her job. I didn’t get her name, but she had dark hair pulled back smooth. I’d recommend this place. I really wish I would have gotten her name. The blood draw was good, I didn’t feel a thing and I have a big fear of blood draws. -MSha

I went in for routine blood work and the technician blew my vein. I've had severe pain in my entire left arm. I won't go here again for blood work again!

I had blood drawn at this facility. When the woman was removing needle I felt unusual pain. I had a bruise in that area around my elbow and 8 inches up my arm. Will never go back there.

If I could give 10 stars to Jovan I would definitely do so! She is the Best asset that Labcorp has! She was Attentive, Compassionate, inquisitive and just a whole Vibe from Start to Finish! We were Not just a number to her! Also after we left she noticed my mother left her personal belongings by accident. She called us and met up with us after a long day at work! Who you know doing that!? That's customer service at complete Excellence! ♥

I checked in and used their wait where your comfortable option waited in my car for 30 minutes before getting a txt that they were ready for me, when I arrived upstairs they couldn't tell me that my paperwork was right, then when their sign on the wall says to come to the window if you have been checked in more than 30 minutes and are still waiting to come to the window, I did that and received attitude when I said my appointment was more than an hour ago. Was told they were short and they would get me back as soon as they could. Rude people, no communication.

This Labcorp really needs help. My appointment was at 1:15pm and when I arrived, the waiting room was PACKED. The receptionist had to work at collecting the urine samples as well as answer questions and checking people in. There were two nurses drawing blood and you could tell they were EXHAUSTED and it was only a little past noon. Nurses often didn't wash their hands before putting on their gloves due to being rushed CONSTANTLY. I personally feel that the company Labcorp needs to better support these workers. I don't blame any of the delay on them because they were truly doing their best for the only 3 people working in a busy office. If you are in a rush, book at a different office or be prepared to be late.
