I used the Fluff n fold service for over a year on a regular basis. I found it to be extremely convenient to have someone else wash and fold my laundry as I am a full time student and work full time. During my time utilizing their services I encountered one staff member who was rude on a consistent basis leading me to switch up my days and times I picked up and dropped off my laundry. The woman who worked in the evening was always pleasant so I always left a nice tip. I explained to her the issues I had before and that I wasn’t receiving emails with promos or updates on my rewards. I was informed that their system was messed up and that was why. After some time I noticed some of my clothing were missing. I searched all of my belongings several times and never found them. I went up to the store and called many times hoping they had found a bag of my clothes sitting somewhere that they overlooked but it was never found. I tried calling to speak with a manager for over a month and was always told I would receive a call back but never received a call back. Recently I saw a post on Facebook inquiring how to reach management so I commented that I too had issues getting ahold of management and finally got a response from someone. The woman asked me to call this past Wednesday which I did. She stated that she noticed the employee wearing my under armor sweatpants which solidified my thought that my clothes were stolen. She gave me the owners number and stated “he wants to make this right” please call him. I have since spoken to him on the phone and texted him several times. Initially he asked a list of the items missing which I gave him, then he offered me a gift card to use at his business I told him this was not acceptable because I won’t be coming back, then he requested receipts for the items which I provided him. He is now stating that according to his records I haven’t been there since November which is inaccurate because I used their services after the Super Bowl to have some shows cleaned and once before I moved in March. DO NOT trust this business with your personal belongings! I was stolen from and then treated poorly after. It’s bad enough to be stolen from but to be treated as if I’m somehow in the wrong for their poor services is appalling!

6 dryers out of order signs on them. I put my stuff in a dryer that spun for an hour and didn't dry.. should have probably put an out of order sign on the one, I chose. Incredibly inconvenient . Cost me double and an hour of my time. Thanks Dean.

All I can say for this first time customer I am so very happy tonight. The young lady that helped me this afternoon was very friendly, kind & so courteous & excelled in her position with the company!!! I just got a call from her that my laundry was all ready & quickly picked it up. Thank you from the bottom of my heart young lady. I will be back.

Half the washers are out of service and have been out of service for weeks. None of the washers seem to have any clear indication of exactly how much time is left on a wash. But on the other hand, the washing machines tend to be pretty quick and effective at washing clothes in a reasonable amount of time. I'd say it takes somewhere between 30 and 40 minutes but I haven't personally timed it. The functionally of the dryers are hit or miss. Sometimes I use a dryer and my clothes are done in 30 minutes. Other times that same amount of clothing takes over an hour. You pay a quarter for I believe every 5 minutes of operation which leaves a lot of variability and price depending on which dryer you end up choosing. You could end up really lucky and finish everything incredibly quickly. Whereas on the same settings with the same load of laundry, you could take twice the time and your clothes could still be damp. There have been times where I just take my clothes home after an hour, still slightly damp and just air dry them at home at that point. It's not worth wasting your money to gamble on another dryer at that point. If you find one that works well I would recommend sticking with it but you have to make sure that no one else is using the dryer that you've determined works. The store is busy enough where it's not unlikely that a dryer that you have determined to be functional isn't available. I've had consistent results with the washers despite most of them being out of service but the dryers have been fairly inconsistent.

My washing machine is "on a break" so, I had to find a place to launder clothes for my family.I went online and found this gem in Havre de Grace.When I saw it was full service- I was all in; they washed/dried and folded!I'll be real, sometimes my clothes at home will sit in my dryer for several days.The staff was friendly when I walked in, I verified that they were able to do full service laundry.They got me all set up, told me a time to pick up.When I arrived in the afternoon, the gentleman working was very welcoming and nice.All my clothes were laundered/folded and smelled great.I highly recommend!

See they lost one of my pillows I wasn’t going to make any kind of a big deal over it and then the lady accused me of lying after I’ve been a customer for several months always tipping them very well they refused to make good at all Irma is a very mean human
