We always stop at Doodads when we visit H d G, but sadly the last few times have been either out of season or else we had a schedule that wouldn't allow us to get there during business hours. But that still leaves about 10 times we HAVE gone in and found great things. We love the fair trade aspect and it's obvious they choose what to carry carefully, as you're not wading through volumes of filler to find that good gift. It's all really nice. We've bought things as tiny as kids' figurines all the way up to dresses. We love Doodads : )

This shop is a gem in Havre de Grace. I went in recently and bought a beautiful handmade headband that looks great with my hair up or down. It's very chic and unlike others I've seen at other stores. The jewelry selection is great too. Gorgeous beads for the right price. They offer so much for yourself and great for gifts. The owner is super sweet. She is active on the Facebook page if you ever have any questions. Doodads is a place you must stop by when visiting Havre de Grace, Maryland.

Awesome fair trade shop. Love the location. They sell some really cool instruments that I love using with my kids. I've also bought some clothes that were pretty nice and coffee. They have a little bit of everything. A great place to find a unique gift.

I love love love this store. They have a fantastic selection of fair trade and organic products, as well as fair trade and locally made jewelry. I go for chocolate, I can't remember the brand but it's the best dark chocolate (80%) I've ever had. I buy half dozen bars at a time. The other thing I love is the selection of jewelry - a local artist named Deena makes beautiful, one of a kind earrings and necklaces. Lots of fun clothing, recycled material purses and wallets, cards pillows - amazing selection in such a small spot.
