Great place for relaxing and walking right by the bay. There are benches to sit on and if you want to dip your toes in the water you can sit on rocks along the water though I'm not sure if swimming is allowed. Fishing pier with benches. There is a water fountain with a special feature for filling water bottles and also for pets.

This is a wonderful place to walk and has recently been enhanced by the city. The wooden Prominade gives you the opportunity to be close to nature. Birds, turtles, etc can be seen close up...numerous benches to sit and ponder...and enjoy...

Beautiful park at the mouth of the Susquehanna River where it meets the Chesapeake Bay. The lighthouse is pretty and the “Big Fish School of Fish” sculpture is so fun! The veterans memorial is beautiful and touching, as well. The dock juts out into the water and the piers are topped with hand carved “Birds of the Chesapeake”. It’s not a huge park, but it’s well maintained and has amazing views. There’s free parking in the street adjacent to the park, and they have a custom bike rack, as well, if you ride and need to place to lock your bike while enjoying the park. It’s very flat with brick pathways, so persons with disabilities would be able to enjoy the park, as well. It connects to the Promenade, which is a wood walkway that traverses the water’s edge from the park past two museums to the marina.

Excellent park. Cool lighthouse, lots of war history information, very cool wood sculptures all along the pier, and it connects to the promenade for some extended bayside walking. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

Just go...Havre De Grace ( French for Harbor of Grace) has history and modern touches. You can walk the promenade (no pets) down to the the tidal basin. There's a sandwich shop there. Great food and ice cream. A very nice playground on the hill above. Great time for adults and children. Just go.

Great for a family fun day. Start with a coffee at the local barista, followed with a few sweets from local bakers. Go to the playground by the water for the kids to get worn out. Get yourself a nice open air lunch next to the marina. A walk along the promenade and then ice cream before you go home.

Love the views on the boardwalk. So cool to occasionally see bald eagles. Has been clean and not too crowded in evenings if there aren't any events going on. Nice place to jog too. Sculptures on the pier are cool too.

Beautiful little park. I've been bringing my kids here for years, and they always cheer when I say we're going here. It's their favorite park in the area. Features 3 different play sets geared mostly towards elementary school kids. Several picnic tables surround the park with grills for cooking.
