Years ago I volunteered at Spay Spa and Neuter. Being a retired RN I was very astute about watching their protocols. They were wonderful and so much less expensive than your regular vet for this service. I Would highly recommend them. Judy K. Bell

The people there were so nice and helpful. They helped me identify that my pet bunny Mr. Pickles, who we were there to find a companion for was a girl, and she had ringworm. We would have made a terrible mistake getting another girl bunny. We will be back in a few weeks to find her, now Mrs. Picklesworth, a male companion.?

I had two dogs neutered at the Spay Spa and Neuter Nook, and on both occasions, my dogs were well treated and the procedure was successfully completed with no problems. And at probably 20% of the cost of my regular vet!I have also visited the Rude Ranch rescue site, and saw how well these poor homeless animals were treated.I highly recommend this organization.

My niece supported Rude Ranch and requested donations in lieu of flowers. Her love of all creatures great and small encouraged me to honor her wishes because of the humane outreach of your center.

I have been acquainted with Rude Ranch since 2001, and have gotten several cats there. It's a no-kill shelter that focuses mainly on cats, but also has a few dogs and other animals. The staff get to know the "residents" well, and can tell potential adopters details about them. They ensure that persons wanting to adopt are willing and able to do so, from paying a fee to being prepared for a home visit. In extreme circumstances they will take back an animal that was adopted if the situation doesn't work out. The facilities are clean and attractive, with certain categories of cats (such as feline-leukemia-positive) grouped together. Rude Ranch makes an effort to give special help to animals with specific problems - maybe they have an injury, or need a special diet, and so on. They have a facility (Spay Spa and Neuter Nook) to perform low-cost surgeries, which makes it easier for people to adopt animals and reduces the feral population. Some cats aren't particularly adoptable, but are cared for by Rude Ranch anyway. They hold fundraisers to help support the Ranch, and to promote adoptions. It's a wonderful place. We will surely go back to Rude Ranch when it's time to get another cat.

This clinic charged me one tenth of what my vet was asking, and did a great job. So I paid them ten times what they charged me because we must support selfless and dedicated charity.

I have worked with Rude Ranch and donated to them for many years and have et them, personally. They are caring giving hard working animal lovers who do their best job helping animals. They were featured on Animal Planet several years ago for their work with animals and their spay neuter clinic.

I had a foster cat who was not deemed adoptable and was to be euthanized. I adopted her with an agreement to let me find some placement for her. She went yo Rude Ranch for six months and we all agreed that she is a community cat. Ellie has now been placed in an indoor/outdoor community cat colony where she will be taken care of and live out her life.
