“So I came in here today while I waited for my five watched in Movado to be prepared (I had time to shop around) and saw their bright spring colors right across and was just like let me see what’s inside. I was greeted by a lovely cashier by the name K! She was sweet spunky and made the experience enjoyable! There were about 5 other people in the area browsing and just so happen I came across this cute “candy shop 3D” bag that reminded me of one of my fave judith leiber hot air balloon purse and I was like omg this is super cute I love!!!! So i definitely had to get a “candy shop bag” !! Me and K were looking to see if any other bag gave me the same feels and a winner was selected it was the candy shop!! *(im only calling her K because I don’t want to mess her name up so K” Definitely shop for an experience with her! She didn’t want to just sell me a bag, she wanted me to be happy with my purchase especially after we hear my fashion sense! So definitely I will be back just to hang and see her and buy some more! It was cool! They have a nice variety of selections and if you’re looking for silver anything be prepared to mix and match!! Over all I had a blast and K was great!

“Almost every Aerie I've been to has had friendly employees but one associate here was beyond amazing in helping me get "long" 7/8 leggings as they are not yet available in that length in store. Also she encouraged a purchase that I had no idea what size to get (most of my clothes are aerie but this was out the box for me) and it was perfect. I wish I remembered her name but she has dark hair and I think glasses. Thank you so much!! I was worried this outfit would look horrible but her encouragement helped a TON”

“I love that they keep lot of items are 100% cotton. Being allergic to so many synthetic fiber I have very little option. More over most of those synthetic fibers have possibly higher carbon footprint. Talking about environmental friendliness. I think it is time for all fabric maker think to be more innovative I hope and believe Eddie Bauer will be pioneer in that.I am very pleased with their customer service. I usually ware same clothes for multiple year and their clothes are durable. If you find threads and stitch threats are coming off. I think you can exchange the item for a new one of same or lower value or even a higher value if you pay the difference. Please keep your membership information updated for those costumer's service.”
“I "like " this outlet store; however I notice it's usually one(sometimes 2) cashier's at the most and the line is usually very long.The store was clean, somewhat organized not as welcoming but OK for the great prices, I'd visit again.No one greeted us as we walked in as in the past.”

“My experience at Clarks is absolutely wonderful. Every time I go in there I’m greeted by nice employees that are willing to help me right away. “5.26.23Nice fashion retailer that carries apparel and accessories for women, men, and children. Accessories include handbags/wallets, sunglasses, jewelry, watches, fragrances, flip flops, and caps.They had sales, but I found the price tag to still be somewhat expensive. I like their apparel and the material seems to be high quality, but I don't like that their brand is imprinted on most apparel. I purchased a graphic tee today. It was on sale for $5 off. They have gift cards available. Staff were friendly. I was greeted upon entering and asked by an associate if I needed a fitting room. It took a minute before the associate saw me waiting by the fitting room as they were short-staffed.I would likely frequent this location if there were deeper discounts and less imprinted merch.”

However, I was compelled to do so due to the incredibly exceptional level of quality customer service that I received on multiple occasion from Kathryn Sheehan, store manager. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with an infectious & welcoming smile. I was given information on sales & asked if I had any questions & to let her know if I needed anything. The store was drawing a crowd, nonetheless, after Kathryn assisted others she later returned to see if I needed any assistance. She gave me great & honest feedback which influenced my purchase decisions. I bought 3 items (1 is posted in pic). My decision to do so & return was solely based upon my experience with her. I actually looked forward to shopping at this location. Not only was it the best service I've received at any KORS, it was HANDS DOWN the best service I received in the entire Arundel Mills mall..& I purchased from multiple stores. Keep this individual at all costs, if she asks for a raise, give it to her! She's an an incredible asset to your brand/store/corporation! Trust me!”
