Went to open an account, one of the employee sitting at one of the desk was free (male) the other employee female had a client. The free employee told me to make an appointment to come back or I could do it online (aka I don’t feel like opening up this account right now so come back some other time or do it yourself) I mean, I wasn’t even offered a seat. We stood in the pathway inside the bank while he spoke to me.This branch deserves less than half star rating. For someone just trying to join the bank, this first impression was underwhelming at best! Imagine that, a business that chase away new clients. ??

Website says to call before coming to see the notary. Except this branch doesn't seem to answer their phone.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible customer service and discriminatory practices. My son went into this branch twice and received terrible customer service. Once to close an account that was opened for him by a grandparent and another time to open an account. They refused to see him stating "they were too busy". I truly believe this treatment is because he is a young black male! Sometimes it is how things are said to you and not what is being said! I tried to talk him out of this bank but someone else wanted him to have an account here. Sucks that a young entrepreneur couldn't open an account at this branch due to rude customer service. Never turn a customer away, try to politely ask them to wait!

The bank manager is just the rudest ever. Aside of being rude, she would not let me be attended to because they have an appointment an hour 30mins later. It just doesn’t make sense

The banking criteria to have certain accounts aren't ideal. Your account status could change and you aren't notified. I opened 2 business accounts here had a mortgage and a personal checking account. I refinanced my mortgage so I was one less product away from fitting the criteria for my other accounts and fees started accruing. Since I don't use this bank frequently I don't notice anything different on my acct. out of the blue I received and email notice about my account changes. I go into the branch and the manager explained I have to physically go into the branch and make a transaction or they would close the accounts. Instead of recommending banking products to fit my current situation they allow my accounts to stay as they were and I'm back in here again. Not the greatest service

The hours listed on Yelp have changed, this location closes at 5:00pm. During the pandemic uprise, my local Wells Fargo closed their lobby and only allowed drive thru transactions. My service needs were to obtain foreign currency (USD to Pesos) so I had to go to a branch whose lobby was open. We made it to the bank literally at 4:59 and the doors were still unlocked to my surprise. A few others followed behind us and then they locked their doors at 5:05pm. Now, that's great service, we would have thought the doors would have been locked upon our arrival. Never the less, I provided my confirmation number (ordered the pesos over the phone and for some reason they couldn't be delivered) and completed my transaction. Great job Wells Fargo!

Poor customer service from the teller Asia and from the branch manager. They wouldn’t let me take money out in the denomination I wanted (total under $100); it was just a mix of notes and due to policy they don’t do that. Apparently every other WF has been breaking the rules.

I’ve never had service at a bank quite like Victor Garcia has given here! My wife and I came in to merge into a joint account, and he was more than helpful with everything we needed to do. we had to come back a second time to bring some documents we had forgotten, and were lucky enough that he wasn’t busy and could help us out again. thank you for your kind service and awesome hospitality! The best Wells Fargo i’ve been to.

I would give it a zero if I could. The Branch Manager is very rude and has horrible customer service. She refused to open New account because I’m trying to deposit 100 Thousand Dollars Just because I'm four minutes late. ???I laughed a lot today because a manager lost his business, I went to Bank of America and opened the account in five minutes

I had a great experience meeting with Victor Garcia, a Personal Banker. Within moments of entering the branch, he asked me if I needed help with anything. He assisted me with opening a checking and savings account. He answered my questions in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
