Delroy was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful during a very stressful moment for me. I had a stack of urgent estate documents that needed to be sent, each with handwritten UPS tracking numbers, and everything had to be done thoroughly and accurately for court. I was overwhelmed and kept repeating questions. He answered the same questions multiple times without hesitation or frustration, and his reassurance made a huge difference. Delroy calmly guided me through the process and made sure everything was sent correctly. He truly took control when I needed help the most, and I’m so thankful for his support and professionalism.🙏

Delroy provided outstanding customer service in saving me money with my packaged return. I brought the original bag the items came in and he directed me to use the original packaging to house the items back to sender. He also helped me email the shipment label to the ups store. He was very patient and kind. He made the experience painless and made a loyal customer in me.

I was tasked with creating funeral programs for my grandfather and didn’t get the help I needed at Staples. I went to The UPS Store, and even with a line out the door, Keedan helped me right away while assisting other customers. Delory took over and spent time helping me make sure the design and edits were exactly what I wanted. He was patient, professional, and made sure everything looked perfect.
The next day, Amie called to confirm the pickup time and told me she was already working on the final touches. She was so kind and made sure everything was ready early. When I picked them up, they looked amazing.
All three—Keedan, Delory, and Amie—went above and beyond, even during their busiest times. They all remembered me and treated me with outstanding customer service. I’m incredibly grateful for their help during such an important and emotional time.
