Went into Arundel Mills store with friends and it was such a great experience, store was so clean and organized and the customer service was the best I’ve ever had!!! Giselle, Marcus, Jayden and Megan were fantastic!!! They helped us with everything and were so nice they went beyond to assist us. I do not live by this store but drive that far to go to this store and that’s because of the wonderful customer service!!! Thank you!!!

I had a negative experience at this Under Armour outlet yesterday. The staff appears to be mostly if not all African-American people and they are disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude.
I will not revisit this location unless there is a noticeable improvement in customer service and staff.
Under Armour should replace the store manager and hire professional adults over unprofessional teenagers. Not just this location, but others as well.

Absolutely brutal!!
Two UA staff were too busy playing tag or something around the store running around.
I wave one down to ask if a pair of shoes I was interested in were for sale. Without stopping, he responds, “full price” and walks away talking to his buddy on the comms giggling at something.
Walk around a bit more, I observe another staff member get stopped by someone holding a box of shoes asking if they have a size (didn’t catch what size). He responds, “well did you try those ones to make sure they don’t fit before asking me to find a size” really animated and shrugging his shoulders and walks away from them. His was like it was a massive inconvenience being asked to check for a pair of shoes in the size they were interested in.
You two guys are on the sales floor and in customer service. If you don’t like your job, quit!
Lost a potential sale. Going to the Nike store instead.
What pathetic staff.
Went in intent on buying a pair of shoes and promptly walked out.

Visited today looking for dry fit shirts. The employee that I asked for help rolled her eyes and walked away from me without saying anything. Disgusting attitude, Under Armor needs to work on hiring competent adults and not bratty teens who want to get paid to do nothing.
