Placed order over $100. Goods are shipped only to arrive in Pittsburgh. Initial delivery date was 25th may not now delivery date is 28th may and no one replies on multiple numbers provided. Voice messages are full. UPS says they have the parcel but they need authorisation from US polo assn. why would you have a number which is replied to. Why would you have an email id which is not attended to? And UPS why would you not deliver the order in spite of getting the order in your warehouse in the same city where delivery needs to happen? Why 4 days delay for a delivery? Very very disappointing experience.

Quality is acceptable for what you pay, but large size polo shirts are a bit long to wear over the pants.If you try to return online items they will charge the shipping and other discounts you got, I should get $60 , they refunded only $40.Do not recommend to buy from there website. Try to get it from Walmart cheaper.
