They're not even open during the hours they say they are, disgusting look for a business. I waited at the mall for an hour, after arriving at 11 am when they are supposed to be open at 10 am on weekdays.

Worst experience ever coming to this store dealing with store manager (Colby) if that’s even his name… I can’t believe even with the proof of my transaction plus his own employee stating that what I’m saying is true for him to completely disregard me a person let alone a loyal customer. I was not service and the only thing I can do is write an email stating his misconduct but nobody to actually help me. How do it cost me more to buy from your establishment. Up until this point I enjoyed giving this business my hard earning. Can’t believe this is my experience today!

I have been coming here for many years! and I spent a lot of money on this store! but this morning! june 27th i visited the store ! and I intend to buy some clothes for my husband! but the attitude of a young girl of color is very uncultured! she didn't let me touch the clothes if i messed them up even though i tried to carefully fold them up! I called her for the 5th time to find my size! but she pretends not to hear! I'm really angry! when the attitude to treat customers like that! And I'm pregnant! What a lack of education! I rat love your item! but the service attitude of the staff is too bad ???

Customer service is outstanding here. Everytime visit, leave here pleased. It's a fantastic shopping experience. Sales are fantastic. The gentleman with the red dyed hair is super approachable. Best True Religion ever been to.

Just had a WONDERFUL experience with the manager Samantha. I had ordered some products online that were all too big and needed to exchange them. She greeted me very friendly when I walked in and even complimented me o the True Religion jacket I was wearing. She was very helpful with my return and went above and beyond to assist with all questions and even concerns regarding why the store is hard to locate in the Mall. I will definitely shop here again!!!

I had a terrible experience at this store (Monday, May 17th around 7:00pm). Me and my son went to purchase some cloths as we love this brand (masks on and all). A long haired lady (Salesperson: TREVON) treated us very rudely and poorly, didn't greet us and ignored us during the entire time we stayed at the store, more than 30 min. We kept waiting for help and my son asked her some questions and she literally ignore him. It could only have been our appearance, as we did absolutely nothing to deserve this. It is a shame to be treated like this, especially for a brand that takes pride on their superior customer service and zero tolerance for discrimination. So if you are latin, I would refrain to go to this store and look for another one.
