I am completely disappointed with this location. Today January 21 they closed the door at 20.50 pm and did not allow access even though the store closes at 21.30 PM. Other stores were opened. Shame!

The worst manager i have seen in years. And the customer service ohhh my! Terrible!The "employees " rude attitude and everything just in front the "Manager" they act like they're doing you a favor.Horrible Experience!!!!

Manager was texting, cashiers talking to each other. I couldnt fimd jeans i wanted. I would have spent more if I had some help. Sad customer service is dead.

I liked the store a lot. Well stocked, clean, bright. However- only 2 customers when I was there- myself and another couple. Not one word said to me the entire time I was in the store. No greetings, no can I help you... nothing.

I wish i could leave half a star. I had a terrible experience at this store. The manager on duty was Horrible and did not know the stores correct policy on a coupon. Nor would he contact a higher authority or another store to find out if what i was saying was correct. He completely brushed me off as if i was wrong and was very unprofessional. I refused to spend my money in the store. I could go on and on about how the situation was handled wrong but i rather not at this moment. I tried to escalate the situation to the district manager i believe which is Kelly and she has been completely unresponsive and has ignored my emails and corporates emails i guess to contact me to rectify the matter at hand. Since then i have refused to spend another dollar on this brand. I have spent thousands on clothes since they have brought the retail stores to my area but poor customer service and an even worse response from higher ups and tommy hilfiger's customer service line have completely pushed me away. I have never had any of these problems with Ralph Lauren and i guess that's where i will continue to support from now on out. I suggest everyone else do the same.Ps none of the employees were wearing name tags so i was unable to get any of their names.

Worse customer service I’ve ever encountered. I was trying to buy two sweaters but the guy at the register was so terrible, I just walked out without even finishing the transaction.
