I went to see Bobby Brown perform here at the Casino Hall and had the most amazing time. Bobby, his band, the dancers, the graphics - everything was great. I was hoping he would perform the Ghostbusters soundtrack "On Our Own" and be did! The Hall was packed! The seats at the Hall are not tiered and I didn't know this before paying for tickets. This is my only complaint.

Saw Gabriel Iglesias here! Great venue with plenty of parking and places to eat in the attached mall. Seats are decent even form the 300 section.

The Hall at Live! Casino is a very poor venue. I came to see a comedy show and there was no order to entering the venue. Upon entering the casino, there was a makeshift/free-for-all line blocking the elevators, with no one to help direct or provide information. The performance venue itself felt like it was just thrown together with bleachers reminiscent of my high school. My friend and I purchased $7 sodas that were warm and flat. While this was not the venue's fault, the show made everyone place their phone in a Yonder pouch. I truly respect the concept of a phone free show, but there was absolutely no guidance on what to do in case of an emergency or where to go if you need to access your phone. When it came time to leave and head home, the process to get your phone unlocked was chaotic and time consuming. I will not be back.

Great comedian! Venue is very lackluster. Hard to see the performer from any seat because they aren’t tiered/sloped, unless you’re well off enough to afford a box seat. The camera and spotlight staff were off—not following the performer so the large screens were useless to us. The S.A.F.E. Staff (bless them, as they are only outside contractors), could not help us navigate to our seats (better signage, please). Also, $30 for a double shot of whisky?!

Terrible venue for a show. Arriving and parking was fine. The venue itself is large, and the large majority of the seats are on the floor, however there is no elevation, so it's hard to see the stage if you are more than 20 rows back. They also separated sections with a barrier that was higher than the people sitting behind it. I am fine locking my phone, but I then had to wait in a very long line to get out to have them unlocked - just leave yours in the car. Getting out of the garage is a nightmare - we have been sitting without anyone moving now for over 20 minutes...usually you at least see people inching along. We won't be back to this venue for a show.

Saw John Mulaney here. I have so many gripes with this venue. It was so bad that he opened his act by making fun of it.1. The seats are extremely small and uncomfortable. Sure they are padded, but even on a short person, the backs are not high enough to relax. You are sitting at a right angle the entire time. Looking at pictures of the venue, you are better off paying less and sitting in the mezzainine. They actually had real seats there.2. There are only two small phone use areas. They filled up very quickly. There is nothing interesting about this venue to pass time with. We tried to walk around to kill time and every minute an employee was asking us where our seats were. It got annoying quick.3. The lighting and sound were not good. He was being lit from above and it made him look evil. Sound was constantly hitting peaks and my ears did not enjoy that. Do not let pictures of the venue fool you, this place does not have ambiance, it has grocery store milk aisle lighting.4. We paid for floor seats and the floor was the same level throughout. We couldn't see the show. The back of the venue was risers they would have at a middle school basketball game.5. Throughout his opener, a bright BUD LIGHT SELTZER sign was still on and distracting. They managed to turn it on during Mulaney's act.It was just bad. I kept getting distracted by how horrible this venue was. I thought about it the whole way home and I hated it.

I love the upgrades. This Hall looks like a brand new world. I love the lights and the acoustics. The atmosphere is more colorful and vibrant. I only wish that the chairs were more sturdier and comfortable, but I know there are many events, concerts and banquets and the chairs have to be removable. But other than that I really enjoyed my event here watching the legendary Babyface on stage.

Went to see Babyface. Entry was unorganized. I asked an employee where the line was & she didn't even know. They let people in with large handbags, so you don't need a clutch. The audio could've been better, but Babyface was great.

Writing this from the show because I literally cannot see or hear anything. I paid for riser seats so we'd be able to see and once we got here they told us they REMOVED the risers so now we're stuck on the floor level. The speakers are curved downward towards the floor which is concrete slab so the reverberation makes understanding anything said nearly impossible. In short DO NOT SEE ANYTHING HERE.

Went for the Kevin Hart show. They had one bartender at one of the small bars, no help, the manager was defective, and ignorant, Shannon I think, I had waited 30 minutes in line for a drink by the time I called the manager. The response we got from her was enough to make be forgetting drink, save, my money, and go back to my seat. I didn't start to enjoy the show until Spank was on his 3rd joke. It was awful. My mom told me it was bad when she went to see Patti. They need to stick to. Boxing matches... don't go to Live to see a concert. The Baltimore Arena is better. Facts.

This, by far, is the worst experience I have ever had at venue/show. To begin, it was pitch black once you got inside and the lighting was non existent. While this is all fine and expected, what was not expected is the limited staff available to assist, and when you were able to locate a staff member in the dark, they were useless. They had no interest in helping. They would point and say, that way! Are you kidding me??On top of that, your phone was locked in a security pouch taking away the option to use its light to try to find your way on your own. Again, this was understood! But, you cant take away ones resource and not have staff around that are willing to help guide you to the appropriate area. We were wondering around aimlessly trying to locate our section, having to interrupt the seated guests asking them what section they were in, trying to gage where we should be. Finally, we arrive at our section, row and seats...Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse! The acoustics/ sound system, whatever you want to call it, was trash! I could barely hear the jokes! I struggled the whole show trying to hear what was being said. In most cases I missed the punchline because I couldn't hear the whole set. All of the speakers are at the front of this venue! It makes no sense to have a venue this large and not have speakers in the front middle and back! I'm truly devastated and would like my money back! I love Kevin Hurt and waited months for this show! Traveled hours! Totally and completely disappointed! You have to do better. I'm looking for resolve to this awful experience.
