Absolutely loved The Hall at Live! Casino! It’s a fantastic venue for concerts and events with top-notch sound and lighting. The space is huge, but it still feels intimate enough to enjoy the show up close. Great seating options, and the staff is really organized, so everything runs smoothly. Perfect place to catch a live event and make it a night out!

Wow! I've been going to music concerts for 35 years along with huge music festivals and am in love with the reggae scene. I've listened to sublime since 1996. This venue did this band so dirty. Disgraceful. The audio in this venue was terrible. There was no vocal volume so you could barely hear the words. You could hear everyone talking more then you could hear the music. We started front and center and couldn't hear the lyrics at all so we moved a few times to see if it was better towards the back. Nope.... it was terrible everywhere. The speakers there couldn't fill the space. I wish Sublime would have went to literally any other venue in DC or Baltimore. We left early it was that bad.
Shameful.

I had an amazing experience at The Hall at The Live Casino for the Brett Young concert! The entire event was incredibly well-organized, with lines that moved quickly and efficiently. The venue itself was spotless, and the staff was both friendly and helpful, making the evening even more enjoyable. It's conveniently located within an easy walking distance from several hotels, which made getting to and from the concert a breeze. Plus, there are plenty of restaurant options nearby, perfect for grabbing a bite before or after the show. Highly recommend this venue for any event—everything was top-notch!

My wife and I have been to several events at The Hall. First class facility with plenty of FREE parking. Easy access to 2 major highways. Smaller facility with updated equipment.

Nice venue with ok food but if you're a bigger person the seats are not for you. I've been a few times and found out the best fat friendly seating is the back row in the mezzanine section because it's just chairs. Pretty comfortable up there, have a bar on the mezzanine and separate bathrooms.

How awful. Service is the worst I have seen. Went to go to a show at Live Hall. Absolutely no signage as to how to get there. Watched four young ladies refused entry because they were under 21. Why does that matter? Because they insist you walk the floor of the casino to enter the concert hall. Not because of the show. But they can buy tickets so they are more than willing to basically steal money because the ticket office is beyond their reach. Restrict purse size with no warning on tickets. No reason why. No cooperation just rudeness from the staff, who lied about where the entrance is. Won’t ever see me again. Would rate a zero. Unsafe outside because of lack of sidewalks

After purchasing tickets in the mezzanine to see a comedian, I was unsure if the seat arms would pivot out of the way to accommodate my larger body. Unfortunately, they didn't. However, Brandon, the director, accommodated myself and my entire crew and relocated us to the bar style seating (fully upholstered) behind the mezzanine box seats. He also gave us drink tickets. Although we were further away from the stage, the seats were phenomenal. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you live in a larger body, I recommend buying tickets on the floor, as those arm rests fold out of the way, or I highly recommend the bar style seats (the last row of the box seats) in the mezzanine.

Never been less comfortable at a venue with seats. While we’re on the subject, the seats are smaller than on an airplane and somehow less stable. When someone sits down, the whole lane shakes like you just hit turbulence. And what kind of show venue place has NO cup holders? I guess the drink can just sit on the floor under the passenger’s seat in front of you so it doesn’t spill when someone in your row sits down. Wow. Never been this disappointed in a venue. Never coming again.

This place is CROWDED!!!
We went for a performance and the venue was much larger than I thought and the seats were pretty close that we got. Seating is very close to each other and a bit uncomfortable. The drink lines inside the hall was set up oddly with the start of the line splitting into two sides in the middle of the bar.
My husband ordered fries and they had no salt one them. When he asked for salt he was told they didn't have any.
Audio was great, crowd management was great, and the team there was very personable and helpful!!

Stage was really low given that all of the seating was ground floor. The seats themselves are uncomfortably small for how much they charge for tickets. I’ve sat in comfier seats in highschool bleachers than that. The fact they have screens to help you see are nice but defeats the point of paying to see a show in person. The parking garage aftermath is an absolute joke. They should have parking attendants assisting patrons exiting the garage when they have high volume shows performing here. The show we saw ended at 9pm, and at 9:45p we are still on the same floor we parked on completely stuck waiting for the floors below us to empty out. Good luck if you choose to see a show here.

If youre going to a show, get the most center most tickets, or upstairs seating. Dont get any tickets near entrances, We were there during a comedy show and they did not close any doors and so people were coming in and out constantly. Security was always talking right in front of my section so for several moments we were always so distracted to enjoy the show. Also several people were crowding around because they couldnt find seats since there were no signs for seating sections. We were the end seats for section 303 and my and my partner's necks are currently sore from having to turn our heads away from the whole wall right in front of us. Im sure id have a better time if i was in the far back because at least there were screens everywhere that showed the performer.

I went to see Bobby Brown perform here at the Casino Hall and had the most amazing time. Bobby, his band, the dancers, the graphics - everything was great. I was hoping he would perform the Ghostbusters soundtrack "On Our Own" and be did! The Hall was packed! The seats at the Hall are not tiered and I didn't know this before paying for tickets. This is my only complaint.
