I had to fax a huge stack of documents today and since I've never sent a fax before I messed it up and jammed the machine (you're supposed to insert the papers lengthwise, FYI). Lisa was very kind and helped me get it figured out.

Went in to buy a chair and monitor. Monitor selection limited, however I found a chair. The cashier kept pushing the warranty. I said NO she started getting smart with me, sassy attitude. Needless to say we walked out I really wanted the chair. At this point close the stores go online

Avoid the printing store at all cost. First day I came to collect my cards, they were printed wrongly and said it was my fault despite the file being correct and having no issues with other printers. They kept me waiting for 30 mins but couldn't get the job done. Second day I came back to collect the reprinted cards, they made me wait 40 mins and it still wasn’t ready. Third day I returned, and they can’t locate where the printed cards are. They are an absolute mess. Saw other customers losing their patience with the pair. They have zero respect or understanding of people’s time. What I could fathom was how the black guy accused me of asking to print more when I wanted less to save time. Mindblowing.

I would avoid using this location for Amazon returns. I used their Amazon return services two weeks ago and my items are no where to be found. No tracking numbers, Amazon has no record of my items being checked in (even with my Staples return receipt), and when I called this location to find my packages, they didn't offer any help.

Love the print shop they have going on! Had some uneven cuts on a print job (it happens), and Kenneth & TJ handled it with ease and great quality service! Those two solidified me as a return customer.

It had been a while since I visited this location but it definitely will not be the last. DaQuan was absolutely wonderful. He made sure that our check out experience was one of the best. His friendly, courteous and patience will always be an asset to Staples. Not only did he check to see if we were able to find everything, we needed in his store but as a rewards customer, he made sure we took advantage of the rewards that were available. His excellent customer service will always make the customers of Staples return again and again. After speaking with his manager, Kenneth, I understand this “excellency” in customers service runs in the Staples family. All I can say is “keep up the good work.” Thank you for a great shopping experience.
