Good staff, inventory was disorganized and very hard to find things. Better boxes/labeling would be very helpful Only 2 spots to sit and try shoes on. The Sizes were not organized not well spread out.

We were in the store Father’s Day weekend and a wonderful young man named Douglas worked tirelessly to help my husband find the perfect shoes for our vacation. He needed something easy to slip on but durable and comfortable for a lot of walking plus my husband has a large shoes sizes. Douglas took the time to find the perfect shoes for him and I must say his suggestion was perfect.

I visited this shoe outlet and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful nature and positive attitude I received from one of the managers-in-duty. Her name is Brittany and she truly went above & beyond to assist me. We couldn’t find the shoe I wanted in the store, so we searched other stores stock. No one has my shoe! Brittany explained that the store gets restocked every Tuesday and encouraged me to check back with her to find this elusive piece of footwear. Bravo Brittany! Thank you!

I entered this location today in search for a pair of shoes my young daughter. Upon entering the store everyone spoke to me and were very pleasant. Being confused with styles and shoe types for my daughter I was approached by the store manager who told me her name was Brittany. She provided immediate attention and asked me all the right questions to help me sort out what type of shoe I was looking for. Her suggestions were top tier and she made sure I was happy with my purchase. The best part about this transaction was here attention to detail while still directing the store and running it like a true boss. I worked retail before and know how important it is to have a leader on the floor and not just someone behind the counter calling the shots. I will most definitely be back to this store for more future purchases and I wish this store the best success.
