“My friend brought me to Merrell today. It's my first time ever in the store. I had no plans to buy shoes but just wanted to check them out. We met a salesperson named Cheryl who was the nicest, most professional, and patient salesperson I have met. She was extremely knowledgeable on the shoes. I was so impressed by the quality of the shoe and her professionalism, that I ended up buying the the shoes. Tonight, everybody won! Please give Cheryl a raise!”

“On black Friday parking was utterly insane... I'm fairly sure it's not usually like that. I was passing through the area and needed a few items that I forgot to pack. They had a great selection of items even though it was late in the day on black Friday. I got my items and headed to the check out... It was quick and painless. I purchased my items and got on the road. One of the items I purchased broke on my first time using it. I would have returned the item in store but I live fairly far from here. I contacted the store looking for my receipt that I had lost so I could contact the manufacturer directly to solve my issue. The customer service people at Bass pro were very quick to look up my name and the item proof of purchase I needed. They emailed me proof of my purchase very quickly and we're eager to help if I needed anything else. Really great customer service!”
“Very great service at this location. I needed a pair of shoes for a birthday dinner and did not have enough time to order anything. I walked around the entire mall and was about to give up and go home. When I circled back around to Steve Madden Jayla made it her business to help find me a pair of shoes to go with my dress. She was so genuine, kind and gave her honest opinion. I really appreciated her help.”

“My husband wanted to check out some shoes he could wear while he was skating. We bought the Pride mid/high tops a few weeks ago, but he said they gave him a blister on the back of his legs. He ended up buying the all black Bearcat canvas Vans which look really nice. Because the store was having a buy one pair get the second half off sale, I selected a pair of tie dye slip on shoes. The store was neatly organized and has a good selection to choose from. Not only did they have shoes available but they sold backpacks and clothing.”
“Cole Haan is good. I've at least 5 pairs of their shoes. I used to come here twice a month, and studied their price and promotions. Quality is nice and solid. Even with the promotion, each pair is still pricy. But I think is worth it.”
“I called the store to find a pair of purple and white Jordan 1’s for my wife. A young lady by the name of Olivia answered and was extremely helpful. Even though that store did not have the shoe, Olivia went out of her way to go and see if her store had them in stock( keep in mind the website said that store had them). I called 2 of Finish line’s competitor stores and was put on hold, hung up on and one didn’t even answer. Finish Line answered right away. Olivia was extremely professional and actually made me feel good even though her store did not have the shoe, I decided to order it online. Y’all need more employees like her.”

“Me and my partner went there to drop a nice bag on some items we really needed. We got some workout clothing and about 5 pair of sneaker, socks, etc. The store associates are helpful, and did a great job with checking in and making sure we were assisted if needed. Nat helped me and my partner, and everything was smooth. The store is pretty organized, considering the volume of people coming, but I still recommend checking BOTH pair of shoes to size match before walking away to the cash register to pay. I recommend this location. Good options, helpful associates, and clean store.”
“Sunday August 11th I walked into the Arundel Mills store as I was talking with an Associate another gentleman walks up and extends his hand for my shoe, as I give him the shoe and the charm he takes the charm and in less than 30 seconds it is in my croc. I was so impressed. It was like he came out of nowhere and he knew what I was there for. He was very friendly, the associate said he's like that he's very engaging with the customers. Come to find out he happened to be the manager . His name was Leonard. Leonard I want to thank you for your professionalism I want to thank you for how you engage with the customers..... And most of all thank you for your service given to me. ??You are a credit to the position of manager and the Arundel Mills location. Kudos to you, Keep up the good work !!! ??”
“Stumbled across the store while looking for food in the mall. LOL. I actually enjoyed the selection and the customer service. I was surprised that the staff was so young and had manners. It is hard to find that now a days. The real reason I gave the store 5 stars. Oh and the prices were great also. AJ was a gem and the other young man that helped get my shoes as well. They signed me up or loyalty points and explained it. This shoe addict will be back.”
“Came here to reward my son for his grades. Looking for some shirts. And a young lady name Teashia was able to direct us to another footlocker to find what he needed but we ended coming back to buy from her store. She was so helpful and informative that I felt the need to buy these shirts from that store. I got him 4 shirts for 25$ and to me that was a very good deal. I'll come back and buy some more next week. Pretty good sales here too.”
