My Daugther Alejandra I recently had a disappointing experience at your store (#247) on December 23, 2023 at 1.48 pm. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from cashier #2 during my visit.I had a $10.00 discount coupon that the cashier refused to accept, and despite our insistence, she declined to return it to me. This was a frustrating situation, as I expected to be able to use the coupon as advertised.

If there was a way to give this place zero or negative stars, trust me I would. I have never been treating with such disrespect. The owner of this establishment really needs to take a long hard look at the quality of people they hire, as well as training on customer service. I was asked by the manager to leave, who said "y'all gotta go," and she would not sell me a pair of toddler shoes. Why? Because we had left some shoe boxes open, and now she "had to go deal with it." seems like she was upset she had to do her job. I am sorry, but as a shoe customer, you leave boxes open so you can try on different sizes. It is clear no one works there, as most of the sales associates were just giggling to each other showing each other vides on their phones. The manager was also just scrolling on her phone behind the counter. This started because the sales associate gave us the wrong shoe size for one of the shoes, and had to go back to find it, since he clearly was not looking in the first place, nor doing his job. I think my family, and my 2-year old daughter deserve a personal apology from the owner. We were treated like we were criminals, when we were just trying to pay for a pair of Minnie mouse shoes, and just wanted to make sure both were the same size. This happened around 5 pm on Sunday Sep 24, 2003. I am sure the owner can look at the roster to see who the manager was, if I were them I would severely reprimand them for treating their customers like criminals, and not providing a baseline level of customer service.

RUDE TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES They should get firedme and my daughter were in store on September 24th at around 5:00 pm to buy pair of shoes for my granddaughter and my granddaughter threw some shoes on ground, she is just a 2 years old and we stopped her. And we wanted to buy size 9 and obviously you leave one shoe in box so we asked this young gentleman who was working in store gave me another one size 6 so I went in front and told him and he went back and could not find it so he called this young lady who was manager and she went in and after waiting for 10 minutes she came out and told my daughter “ YOU NEED TO LEAVE BECAUSE YOU MESSED UP ALL THE SHOES “ we left some shoes on ground that’s it. We were just trying to buy shoes IT WAS VERY SHOCKING AND I think they need to pay for this I HOOEhopeMANAGMEN SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THEM.

This was the fifth shoe store I visited today and Miss Dawn was able to accomplish the near-impossible. I have small wide feet and I was looking for shoes to dance in. She is super knowledgeable and kind. THANK YOU!
