“I had to fax a huge stack of documents today and since I've never sent a fax before I messed it up and jammed the machine (you're supposed to insert the papers lengthwise, FYI). Lisa was very kind and helped me get it figured out.”

She personally followed up with me to make sure previous packages arrived. Always accurate, she and her team at DHL haven’t lost one yet. In again today as usual very friendly.and extremely helpful, helping me navigate on sending a dire package to my husband. I can send from FedEx, USPS, or other international shippers but because of her alone, I will continue to patronize the Hanover DHL location. As a side caveat the prices are much too high, look out for the consumers and show some appreciation for Military Families whom ship often. And more parking for customers.”
