Just wanted to give a big "shoutout" to Mr. Joseph Evans aka Joey, our concierge representative at Serenity Place. It is because of his professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for people that I take the time to say thank you for all that you do. You are truly appreciated.

Great events, they put on a hilarious comedy night featuring local comedians.. Really high energy and drinks provided too. They even had a food truck outside during.10/10 and everyone was funny who performed.

I've been a tenant since 2017 and I like it here.My favorite amenity at Serenity Place is the Concierge service, specifically Joey Evans. His customer service is unequaled! He consistently goes above and beyond with whatever the need, however he can assist. He is both professional and personable to all residents AND our pets! PLUS, his hair is a work of art and he isn't hard on the eyes :)

I’ve lived at Dorsey Ridge since 2017 and it has been a very enjoyable experience. The community is very clean and safe which is a huge benefit! The community is also conveniently located near the mall and many restaurants and stores. The staff is always professional, especially Joey who is the community concierge. Joey is very helpful when it comes to addressing concerns and also provides my dog with treats every time we stop by. :-)

We have lived at Serenity Place for almost a year and will be staying longer. Since the first time we enter there when looking for a place to live Angela and the rest of the staff have always been professional and personable. They answer any question we have helped on several issues. The concierge, Joey, is outstanding and so is the maintenance staff. Everyone there is helpful and professional in every way measurable.

Serenity Place at Dorsey Ridge is a great community to be a part of. They offer fitness and wellness classes, a variety of food trucks, and even have a car detailing service. Porsche is a great manager that keeps it all together. She’s professional, always smiling, and ensures that things run smooth. Anything I need, she takes care of it. I highly recommend this community.

I spent two years at Serenity Place, with much of my positive experience owed to Angela's standout management. She ensured I felt at home, while Joey added a friendly touch at the concierge. Thanks to Angela's dedication, living here truly felt special. Highly recommended.

I’ve lived in several apartments with concierge service, and I have to say that Joey is by far superior with Customer Service. He memorized my name and unit number within the first couple of times of me receiving packages and has never missed a beat. He’s always cheerful, respectful, and proactive. He exemplifies the serenity in Serenity Place at Dorsey Ridge.

As a resident of Serenity Place at Dorsey Ridge for the last few months I have experienced the following: kindness, communication and consistency. For example, Joey always extends kindness and is attentive. Angela provides exceptional communication and quick feedback in regards to any concerns I may encounter. And last but certainly not least, Enriques' consistency to provide top knotch maintenance support is appreciated. A huge thank you to everyone for all you do to acknowledge importance of being kind, communicating and consistent.

Extremely disappointed with management's handling of a towing incident & the general policies around additional parking. While one parking spot in the garage on the same floor as your unit is included in the lease, an additional garage parking spot costs $75 extra each month. Additionally, any extra garage parking spots must either be on the G (Ground) or 5th floor of the garage, and your car can be towed for being on a different floor. (Even your "included car" has to be parked on the same floor as your permit or can be towed.) Living on neither of those floors, I accidentally left overnight our additional car on the floor we live on, and the car was towed by the next morning. While I can understand the technicality of why the towing occurred, I am in disbelief over the $360 I had to pay up to get my car back the following morning, and I am in further disbelief at management's handling over the situation and the general parking policies. After management made it clear they couldn't do anything regarding the situation, I asked them if my permit could be changed to the floor I live on, instead of the 5th floor. They initially responded that they can't do that because the garage floor currently fills up from those who actually live on the floor, which is completely untrue. In the almost two years of living here, I have never seen the parking garage for either the 5th floor or the floor I actually live on reach full capacity. Why would I bother asking if I could have a permit for the garage floor I live on if it regularly fills up? If that was true, I would obviously note that and not bother asking. But again, it isn't the case that it fills up, hence I figured what would it hurt to ask. Also, keep in mind that the 5th floor is one of the designated floors for tenants' additional cars. Another fun fact, the Ground and 5th floor are considered designated areas for guest parking. Considering all this, I could see how the garage 5th floor could maybe hit full capacity. But again, I've never seen the 5th full from almost 2 years of parking there, which either reflects a higher vacancy rate at the property than I thought, or that there are more people not willing to pay for additional garage parking and instead take their chances with outside parking. When I mentioned failing to see either floor at max capacity, management replied that it still couldn't be done, because the number of parking spots was designed in a manner such that there are exactly enough parking spots for each unit. (Side note: After the conversation, I was curious and checked. I counted 50 units on my floor, but there are not 50 parking spots in the corresponding floor of the garage. There are actually close to EIGHTY (80) parking spots in the garage on the same floor, and that's not even counting a handful of Disability designated parking spots.)I then asked management about discontinuing & forfeiting the extra parking spot. Apparently, one cannot simply stop having any extra parking spots during a lease. Such a change can only be made during lease renewal. How convenient.Lastly, I asked what happens if a tenant--with an additional car--cannot find parking outside the garage (there are a few parking spots outside the garage surrounding the Serenity Place apartment building). For example, can the tenant go park in the connected, adjoining property (owned by same company), in an unnumbered/unmarked space? No, management replied, they would be towed. If you are considering moving here and have more than one car, consider yourself warned.
