I don’t ever leave negative review, but this one experience is just too horrible to not do it.I had some issues with their eGiftCard and when I called customer service to try and get some help, the customer service reps wasn’t only impatient, but she had the audacity to flip at me for her own mistakes.We were confirming my email and name, and she spelled it correctly the first two times, so I confirmed with her that she was correct, but then the third time she messed up, and then she accused me of not paying attention and said I would be in trouble for doing so. Who tells a customer they would be in TROUBLE for things like this?And at the end of the day, my issue was still not resolved.I’m usually very cooperative and patient with customer service folks, given that I understand how tough it can be to deal with upset customers, but this was totally uncalled for.just rude and unhelpful.

Dressing rooms closed 1.5 hrs before closing? Makes no sense... I checked out this store because I used to have great experiences @ the one in North Charleston, SC.... this place looks and operates like a Sears when they are closing the stores down...lol

I ordered an extra large sweatshirt from y’all upon opening the package. The shirt was a 2X. I had a hard time understanding the customer service rep on the phone. I paid $29 for overnight shipping. They gave me a hard about returning the $29 because they sent me the wrong shirt so I had to end up taking it back to the store which they only refunded me the price that I paid and not the $29 so I’m already dissatisfied with Saks, fifth Avenue, dealing with them in the customer service I will never order anything else from y’all again

The selection is good and the store is neat. Two stars because I purchased a hair clip that was marked for clearance at $6.97 but it rang up the regular price of $19.99 with 25% off. I didn’t notice the discrepancy until I looked at the receipt. I went back to the register for a price adjustment and was told I needed to wait five minutes. When I came back, the cashier told me he was unable to do a return but proceeded to ask me if the sale sticker was on it when I picked it up from the rack. I asked him in return, if it wasn’t on there when I picked it up, how would it have gotten there. He then rudely begins to explain that people change prices and add clearance stickers to products in a very loud tone. I responded the only reason I picked it up was because of the sale sticker. The lead who rang me up in the first place and never noticed the price difference come up to do the price match but insists on looking up the sku in an iPad. The iPad showed the same price as the register which makes total sense but she still refused to match the sticker price so I just returned the clip. It really made me want to return everything else I purchased too. I actually just might! All because of the principle of accusing me of adding a sale sticker. Like an employee could not have made the mistake!

My issue is not so much with this location and as it is with Saks Off Fifth online. My coat was put in the wrong bag, but someone with some common sense should know by looking at the coat that that the color does not match the description. So now I have to re-buy the coat, be out of almost 200 because Saks screwed up, until my return is processed. As well as pay for for return shipping. Plus I need to go buy another coat from a store because I need one for Christmas Eve. This honestly is the worst online order experience I have ever had!!! Never have I ever received the wrong item from an online purchase. Congrats Saks on being the worst!!! Sadly walmart does a better job at online orders and its walmart.

Not much to see. This place has gone down hill just like the mall itself. All of the clothes they have look like they belong at a thrift shop. Decent shoe choices.

This location has gone down over the years. Especially since its competition, Neiman Marcus has been taken out of the mall. I only recently visited this location for a return that I purchased at another location. However, while I was there, I purchased a purse.Later on, when I got home, I looked through the purse and found two price tags that were left inside with a different price than what they sold it to me for. Pictures are provided below. They had more than doubled the price. Once I discovered this, I returned it the next day. I bought this to the managers attention, and she acted so nonchalant about it. When I asked why it was marked up much higher, her response was that they didn't do the pricing in store and that it was shipped to them that way. Not once did she offer to honor the lower price. Even if she did, I still was returning it.This location is run down and doesn't have much to offer. Please be aware that they price gouge at this location. Visit another location.

Terrible experience on 9 June 2023. Dropped by the Arundel Mills Hanover MD store with my wife to do some shopping at around 12 noon. Staff was very unresponsive when I asked the front desk if someone could open the dressing room in order to try on some clothing articles. Store was more than half empty by the way. Again staff was unresponsive when my wife asked if she could take a look at a ring in the jewelry department as if we were being a bother. Last, while paying for our items the attendant for whatever reason could not process the transaction and asked the assistant store manager for help. The assistant store manager same individual who seemed bothered when my wife asked to view the ring was very rude and unprofessional at the counter and finally walked off. If personel do not want to provide customer service then they should not be working in this profession.

This store needs to be remodeled . The fitting rooms smell like urine and the whole store has a musty smell that’s really off putting . When you enter the store the rugs are badly stained and dirty. The whole store looks dingy disorganized and messy. There is not much inventory. Huge disappointment. The shoe section is messy and empty in inventory at times. It reminds me of a dingy thrift store. I will stick to my favorite Nordstrom rack store in Columbia!

Tresha (I’m sorry if I’m misspelling your name!!!) is WONDERFUL. She helped me find a couple of cute dresses for a date I had on Thursday night, and she was incredibly helpful when it came to choosing the right one. As for how the date went? The guy was boring but I looked phenomenal thanks to her advice!
