Thee worst RoFo I've ever been in! The store isn't even a year old and filthy already. Lazy incompetent employees who won't even get off of their phones. It took me 50 mins for an average order of chicken. They couldn't even put it in a bag for me when I asked.

I made an online order for pickup. I was staying at the Maryland Live Hotel and all of the food restaurants in the casino area had already closed (and they’re also way over priced). So I looked for a restaurant that was still open and TGI Fridays, right around the corner, had rather late hours. So it was my best bet. I was starving so pretty much any food would have amazing. They had my order ready for pickup really fast. I paid for extra side dressings, but I didn’t get any. And the I got a dessert for $9 and I definitely wouldn’t pay that much ever again from this restaurant. It was mediocre at best. The chicken fingers were good, but if I knew they were so small I would have ordered several more.
I’m giving them 3 stars for their fast service and the great work ethics of the employees. The atmosphere was nice and I’d definitely sit at the bar with a friend to hang out if I had the opportunity. But as for the food, it didn’t meet my expectations and the prices do not match the quality.

It is not nice to wait for 5 mins for someone hands you 2 packs of cigarette at the register.

This place is horrible and you can tell most of the workers are lazy. Each time I come here the shelves are never stocked. I've tried the chicken a few times and each time it taste like old grease. This morning June 17, 2024 I bought 2 bags of sunflower seeds. I got to work and realized they were stale. I looked at the expiration date and it's August 8, 2023. SMH. I will take my business elsewhere. If they don't care....they won't get anymore of my money.

Stopped here for a protein shake after the gym. I've heard good things about the chicken and I discovered you can order by the piece, so I ordered one spicy tender and let me tell you... Absolutely delicious. It was hot, fresh and juicy. Now I see what all the fuss is about.

Very average selection of snacks & drinks. No ice cream or popsicle freezer, just premade milkshake machine with average flavors.Routine royal farms style fried chicken, more clumpy and breaded and less flaky and crunchy. The biscuits have good flavor but are way too crumbly. The mashed potatoes and gravy are horrible, gravy tastes like the plastic it is pre portioned and kept warm in and the mash tastes like paper and water. The wedges are delicious especially with the Chesapeake aioli. The corn fritters were decent but kept warm not fresh.I need to try their coleslaw and potato salad. The potato salad looks likes its made from potato wedges, which means it could be great and is likely a waste product made from yesterdays wedges.Update: western potato salad is definitely mashed potato wedges. I really liked it, but felt like it was over priced for be a product made from what could not be sold hot. The spicy chicken salad is the same. Good flavor, a bit too much salt as the skin is already seasoned and a lot of gristle since it’s shredded fried leg, wing and breast meat.
