We had a great experience with Perry Moving. The movers were fantastic - so careful with our stuff and very nice bunch of guys who worked their tails off! Thanks for making a stressful process much less stressful!!!

Perry Moving handled my recent move and were excellent. Very careful with all of our furniture, and gave 110% on a hot day with a steep driveway. Very happy with the service they provided and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needed a mover.

From Diane ( Estimator), Sarah (Move Coordinator) and the Six Gentlemen that moved us, I could not be more happy. They were all extremely kind and professional. I have used Perry 3 times for local moves and would not use anyone else. 5 stars!!!

Military mover conducting our 13th move, this was our worst in 22 years. Let's just say I've seen some things over time and normally pretty easygoing. We conducted virtual pre-pack survey in May knowing we had at least 15K lbs to move. Understand it has been extremely hot the past few days, but the packing was 90% indoors and climate controlled. Packers arrive late Tuesday, cancelled Monday and assured us they would make up time throughout the week. Worked Tuesday from 1045 - 3PM largely avoiding our house, but instead sleeping and smoking in our driveway. 18 boxes packed the first day. We have always started slow and finished strong, so I did not see an issue, but stated that you'll need more help several times. Bottom line, the Perry crew were not skilled in their profession and had little to no oversight or leadership reporting to. I believe this is problematic largely due to how much the military contracts and pays out to do summer moves. I'm not really sure anybody should've been paid for this move. The second day arrival time at 1045, still smoke breaks, but no longer naps in the driveway. They added another member to the crew, where they all had to be located in the same room, again unskilled at their profession, instead of normal skilled packers who can divide and conquer. I appreciate the fact they worked until 9:30 PM and finished the main floor and upstairs and we gave them a tip and fed them throughout the day. This left the garage and basement with a lot to go, and a Wednesday reply, "I'll guess we'll see you tomorrow" . Load date was always set for Thursday, loaders show up with the South Bay truck driver - but no Perry packers. We simply could not pack the entire truck because the packing was not touched on Thursday. I do appreciate one Perry team lead coming out at the end of Thursday to mend ways and start packing, but at this point everyone had already been on site for 8+ hours and were tired of waiting and wasting time. Friday we began again, late at 1045 when everyone showed up on site - loaders were onsite first and we again waited on the Perry crew. I will say they showed up and packed to the best of their ability on Friday. This is the first move where I personally disassembled every piece of our furniture/TVs and crew asking me for tools - minus the 3rd party that showed up Thursday to disassemble the sleep by number bed. We concluded late Friday night at 8:30PM. Due to several loading and packing issues, our stuff was taken to the Perry facility to be re-inventoried on Saturday morning. I have the most concern with our stuff arriving safely cross country now in the same condition it left. I will not and would not recommend Perry to another fellow military mover or anyone doing a household move.

Perry Moving & Storage moved our household on June 4. It was a lot of furniture and a lot of boxes, requiring two trucks and 4-5 men. They moved two large items to my son's house and the rest to our new condo. We had no damage to anything including walls in either home. These guys were totally professional in their actions and words. The estimator and the rest of the office staff were a pleasure to deal with. This is the second time I have used Perry and both times I was very pleased. I recommend them (and have) to everyone looking for a moving company.

We recently moved from a large 4-br home. The gentleman who gave us the estimate for the move was very helpful. We were able to borrow lightly used boxes from Perry, which was a big savings from buying moving boxes. The team that moved our furniture and boxes was very careful and pleasant to work with. We were pleased with the experience.

Perry Moving made our in-city move as seamless as possible. The virtual quoting process with Diane was easy and efficient, receiving a quote within minutes of the call. Having Sarah assigned as our moving coordinator also makes it easy to have questions answered in a timely fashion, easing our minds. On the day of move, the moving team was polite and punctual. They worked efficiently while taking care of our items. The team completed the job in less time that was quoted and walked through our credit due at the end of the appointment. The transparency of the process was greatly appreciated. Overall, I would recommend Perry Moving for anyone completing a move in the future.

We used Perry for our recent move and were extremely happy with the entire process. Perry did packing and moving for us. Communication, transparency, and attention to detail were excellent from scheduling to getting through the move and beyond. All crew members were lovely to have in our home and easy to work with. While we hope to not go through a move again for a long long time, we would gladly use Perry again and would recommend to friends and family.

I used Perry Moving & Storage and was pleased with the entire process. From the scheduling to the move day, Perry was communicative and professional during a very stressful time and helped to put us at ease. They worked quickly and I was impressed with how they were able to get larger items up a staircase with a 90 degree turn without damaging the items or the walls. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
