I’ve had a pair of Oakley sunglasses for years that i absolutely love but desperately needed new lenses for because mine were so scratched. I put in the order but the delivery got mixed up somewhere so Chris made it right. He was professional and genuinely cared about my issue. I left with more than what I needed and will continue to be a long-term customer because of this experience. Additionally, I saw him treating his employees with kindness and respect.
