“The service here is wonderful. HOWEVER DO NOT USE THE MOVERS THEY RECOMMEND!!!! The guys said they would come the next day too so I gave them a nice tip. The next day only one came and brought someone else and expected a tip as well. They broke An 85 inch TV busted and my antique coffee table leg completely busted. When I called the manager of these movers he stated they are not insured and told me he would call me back. Never heard back. Totally unprofessional!!!!!!”

“So I was on the bus going to a field trip for school and there was a Ryder driver that was next to us. I’m not sure who he was but he was awesome. When we were doing the honk gesture to semi trucks nobody was honking until he saw it and honked. Everyone on the bus was happy and exited. We are still taking about 1 months later. The driver was driving the truck with the license plate 2657946 and we were on the highway for like 20 minutes and when I looked down it was 10:50am. I’m not sure who it was or if anyone in charge will see this but if you do I would like you to thank him for min behalf of everyone on the bus. I’m only 14 but I know if I need help I’m calling Ryder first. This experience has made my day and I am for sure using Ryder later in life one day. The driver kindness is so awesome I can’t believe it. It’s hard to find people who are nice like that. Thank you so much and for anyone who reads this I would recommend Ryder. Thanks!”

“Rented a truck here several months ago to help my mom-in-law. Went here because the other place we had reserved from weeks earlier cancelled an hour before we were going to head out to get the truck that morning. Wonderful start for us. So we hopped online and saw this place. Made the reservation, called to confirm, and then hopped in our car and showed up.Nice small place with a couple of guys inside both renting U-Haul trucks and trailers and doing machined embroidery (which is actually their main business: logos and such on jackets, hats, etc.). Checkout was really easy. Did our stuff with the truck and returned a few hours later. Handed the man back his keys and we happily went home.There are a few complaints about them having odd hours/closing early. He told me if we return after they close (2 pm-ish???), simply put the keys in their dropbox in front and they'd bill us appropriately. This isn't rocket science people: Look at a business's hours and if they aren't exactly to your liking, get over it and adjust. These guys make it easy.They were just so nice and easy to deal with. More businesses need to be like this.”

My only complaint is on two different occasions I have left items in the car and when i called back to retrieve them no one can seem to locate the items. I think any items left by customers should be taken to lost & found or the manager to login or contact the customer.”
