  Whatever service/management issues there might have been here in the past are not the case now. I came in about a month ago after trying almost every other clothing store in the mall.   This store, previously managed by Dawn, is now under new management led by Courtney. The atmosphere has become much more tranquil and organized since the change. Courtney has been exceptionally attentive to my needs every time I come in for my husband, and I am optimistic about the positive transformation of this store.

  My experience at the Nautica location in Arundel Mills was top tier. The manager Steven provided excellent service as well as exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back.
